Been on some Antibiotics a few months back and noticed my hair has thinned pretty on top, i read the side effects and it says in some cases hair loss has occurred, iam only 22 as well.
Anyone suffered similar problems, or had treatment for hair thinning, and had the problem solved.

Same thing happened to me...and by the age of 24 I was completely bald..... Seriously though...from the age of 15 to 40 I always had long hair ...bit of a Gyppo I know...then it started thinning and a bald patch appeared so I decided to have it all shaved off..a No 1 cut as they say..and I've never looked back... You can get stuff to rub into the scalp minoxydil or something like that and it can help but its about £30 a month with no guarantee of success... Might be worth doing a bit of research on the net..but be wary of 'miracle-cures' because they don't exist.. Failing that..just buy a shaver and cut the lot off...

Oestrogen's one answer. Is your dad bald? Or your mum's brother, that's where hair genes are meant to come from apparently. If it is just a side effect it should grow back it'll take a while, like people who've had chemo. What does your doc say (if you're one of the rare males who'd ask the doc about a medical problem? :

The hair genes are from your mothers father Sal..i;e; your grandfather on your mothers side.. Nothing to do with mums brother or even your own father but for some reason your mothers father is where the genes are from..and if he went bald early-doors...then there isn't really much you can do... Blokes who worked in abbatoirs used to carry carcasses around with their tops off...and started growing hair on their torsos..and thats where a lot of 'hair-stimulating' potions originate from...rotting flesh..ever likely it stinks so much...APPARENTLY.. ;D

I recommend that you stop being such a big jessie, blaming tablets etc and just accept that one day you'll be bald. Hair loss happens to most men (and a few women too), and after seeing it fall out for a while you get to the stage where you really couldn't give a fuck. I started receding when I was 21 and although it's not reached "number 1 all over please" yet, one look at my Dad's bonce tells me what I've got coming....his hair has receded so much it's nearer to his arse than to his head. More important stuff to be worrying about than how many hairs you can find in the plug hole. If you do want to get it replaced though I suggest writing to the following chap... It can come from either side.

Ask Simmo, one game his hair was thinning and you could see the onset of age, next thing you now, he's sporting thicker hair than Moira Stewart!
In all seriousness mate, best of luck with it. Hope you're well.

And on the subject of wigs...lets hope its very very windy when we play Arsenil.. and Arsene Wenger/Pat Rice will see theirs sailing off into the Seddon... ;D

Not to worry lads, I heard a few months ago scientists are creating some sort of hair ''revival'' medicine/shampoo.
It basicly revives the dead hair cells so your hair grows back, Only problem is it won't be around till 2015 ;D

Take it like a man and look on the bright side.
I started going bald at 19, haven't paid for a haircut in 25 years and have used about 3 bottles of shampoo in the last 5 years.
Just think of all the beer you will be able to buy with the money you save. ;D
