Well, after all my mouthing off about my wonderful xbox and how it's never failed me despite me buying it when they first came out, it's finally happened ! THE RED RING OF DEATH (error code 0102) So, first point of contact is you tube, research self fixes (as i'd rather not lose my box for any period of time) several on offer but after research on all, none seem to last any period of time. Second point of contact, XBOX.com, had to register my box, then moved to warranty details, box out of warranty  NOOOOO! Positive that my box isn't 3 years old (and believing that was the warranty) I ring up my fellow Asian helpline. Thankfully after about half an hour of 'sorry can you repeat that I don't understand you' it was established that the warranty shown on the website doesn't include the extended warranty offered for RROD faults, and that I was a month and a half inside the limit, THANK FUCK FOR THAT, now that's a well timed failure  I will now lose my box for 2 to 3 weeks but my new Asian chum assures me it will come back good as new YAY !  |

So you can't join us tonight on 10 a side? lol, fuck you ! What i didn't mention were the two possible things that may have triggered it, the second less likely. 1. Bought one of those add on rear fans the other day which apparently can extend life  first thing that happened when turned on was RROD, first time I've ever seen it, shat myself, powered down, and removed the dirty sod, now in bin. (approx 5 days ago) 2. Friend asked me to check a load of MK1 XBOX games for him the other day to see how many were compatible, only 1 worked but the box started freezing, stopped using MK1 game but then all my games started freezing (Sunday) Top tip, don't do 1 or 2 just in case ! |

How do you think I feel!! Mine ahd the same but even though most people gets sent to Portsmouth mine has been sent to bloody frankfurt! Still not reached germany either yet!!! Says between 2-3 weeks but as it has taken a week to not get there i'm starting to worry!!!

Mine was a rescheduled pickup though as we didn't hav a box for next day so got collected wednesday, when should have been collected from me on Friday!!

Mine went to Germany but it took about a week. They give you free Gold membership for a month as well.
Shineynose: How could you be angry with those Asian women, I thought they were hilarious, you could pretty much say anything you liked to them and they wouldnt get pissed off, after speaking to them I know why people get thai brides.

mine took one week. they even sent me a proper box to put it in after i told them i couldnt find a box big enough.
all in all thought it was a good service.

PES4 was quality, really fast, probably my favourite, unfortunately, all my old consoles are with my ex's son :/

PES Shop is good and editing is easy!
Very hard to get Ginger hair though!!! Only have red and Fluorescent!!! Some other hair colours are hard aswell though but all in all easy game! Beat barca 15-0 on 5 mins on 3 star

Took it to GameStation and traded it in for one of the new models (HDMI)
Not a problem with it.

Mine is bakc Tuesday so aslong as it works then I'm fine mate!! Newer ones might be worse anyway, don't wanna take a chance! Mine has taken obver 1 week 1/2 to get delivery process going again, so Can't wait now!

Is the picture/sound any better than using a composite cable?
