Radio 5 Live have suggested that everyone boos before the start of all games this weekend for 30 seconds before kick off and then every 10 minutes in the game to boo again for another 30 seconds. The reason they are trying to get people to boo is because Capello and co are trying to tell us when to boo and when not to boo and radio 5 feel that we should send them a message by booing whenever the we like.
Will anyone be par taking in this or not? and is it a good idea?

i dont know if it is or not thats why i asked, i can see why they want us to do it as all these overpaid footballers should be able to handle a bit of booing instead of kicking up a fuss about it like they did at the weekend over the booing ashley cole recieved

pete yeah its for real i think the presenter who suggested it is Carl Baker or someone and like i say the reason he suggested it is to show capello and co that they cant dictate to us when to boo.

The postion that we are in mate i think we should get behind them and not give them grief. As for cole who is a fucking wanker and a greedy bastard yes i would maybe consider booing.

lets face facts capello has shown more than enough through results so far to justify his team not being booed against i think some people just want to make more of it really as in the press and media

Pointy its not meant to be instead of getting behind your team its to show capello and co that they cant dictate to us when we boo. I only heard about it on Radio 1 yesterday as Ginhal picked up on it and played what Baker said.

imo its a shite idea i mean whats the point in booing the results that england have achieved under capello have been good.He is expected to do make the side achieve more and become better and thats what he is doing. As for the booing i think its shocking cole made a mistake woopey doo we all do i aint much for the guy but its not going to make things better.

stokecity4eva. You asked if it was a good idea - I think it isn't, I think it is a lousy idea and I won't be taking part. Capello's job is to win as many games as possible. If he thinks that booing by the England crowd doesn't help his players then that's good enough for me. Maybe the Radio 5 live presenters are better than Capello at understanding what will improve England's chances - but, somehow I doubt it! To be honest I don't think there is a cat in hell's chance of it happening - maybe block 19 will give it a go but no one else will.

best thing to do then is save it for the england games, i did all my booing of ashley cole when we played them, what would the players make of it ?

So let me get this right - Someone is telling us when to boo in protest to being to told when to boo and not to boo?

I think it’s a great idea.
It’s up there with gravy in a tin and hats for zebras.
I might take it on Dragons Den…….”I’ll let you know where I stand….I’m out”
Incidentally, is it just me who thinks the blonde bint on there is actually skint? She never invests in anything. Bill Gates could go on there and offer a stake in Microsoft and she’d say “It’s not a viable business interest….I’m out”
Miserable bitch.

At the Chelsea game I was not sure why we booed for JT and Lampard but when he was taking corners at the Boothen it must have been quite intimidating for Lampard.

What a fucking joke.
How would it work. Surely there would need to be a coordinator in the crowd to ensure that everyone boos at the same time.
Perhaps a job for Hudsongod!!!!!!!!
Personally I will be enjoying the game hoping we can get 3 points and do everything to encourage the team.
In my opinion this is typical of the media, stirring up trouble. We are only too well aware of negative media comment and lazy journalism this year so if anyone needs booing is the bloody media itself.

that'l be Danny Baker & it'l be a tongue in cheek suggestion folks calm down.
howver the central theme that the various media types pontificating about England fans booing Ashley Cole (easily the player who most derves booing in the England squad) is bunkum is quite pertinant

What happened last saturday has nothing to do with the Premiership etc- what a stupid suggestion . Why boo before a massive game like Sunday because of some radio staion???

What complete nonsense, on Sunday i will be cheering, singing and shouting my head off to cheer on the football team i love, that being Stoke City Football Club, any muppet who joins this nonsensical radio inspired idea is just that, a muppet
My idea is before the game to sing the loudest 'Delilah', then every 10 minutes the loudest 'We'll be with you' - to show that we all care about Stoke City, i should be on radio, especially with my fizace

I think this is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard. I'm sure Capello won't be bothered by some boo boys at Spurs...but someone who will be bothered will be the players on the fucking pitch. Daft daft daft

I certainly wont be booing, can't see any point whatsoever, if people want to voice there dis-approval at England and Fabio ( no reason to do it anyway ) let them do it at england games, not at premiership and football league games.
