I have recently acquired a team sheet/fixture list for Stoke City v Notts County from Sept. 1888 (Stoke's first season in the football league we believe). Can anyone give any advice on Stoke fans who may be interested in this item. I am considering putting this on e-bay but would prefer it go to a genuine Stoke collector if possible.

I would sell it when we strat getting better press mate if it goes on eBay as second from bottom is not great press is it!!!
Have you got any idea what it's worth and how do you mean teamsheet? Is it some paper with player names written on in ink?

Also this has great "Kudos" as being the first game in the football league, between its 2 oldest teams , have you thought about the National Football Museum also, this shouldn't be in a private collection www.nationalfootballmuseum.com/pages/misc/contact.htmcontact the curator

Was Cresswell playing? ;D Seriously, I reckon that will be worth a very decent amount. I'll start the bidding at a tenner.
