After watching Arsenal vs Hull on MOTD on Saturday night I realised a great signing for Stoke would've been Geovanni.
Considering Hull got him on a free transfer it was a great deal of business for the club.
The performances Geovanni has put in so far this season have been superb!
I know it's early days yet but I think Geovanni will continue with his great run of form!
;D

Haven't seen him play over 90 minutes - saw his goal against Arsenal, was a beauty... but Brammer's against Luton was too. Doesn't mean he's good.

Where would TP play him? Not a Pulis player in the slightest...
...unfortunately
Still think he is a luxury player who will come unstuck as quick as the Winter descends on us

Brown uses him when the game is suited to him. The Everton and Newcastle games didn't involve him, and he can be a bit of a luxury, bit he gives us something different

Despite scoring two immense goals. Both man citeh and hull fans have said to me that he is never in the game most of the time. Potter around, loses it a lot and then will hit a super strike once ever 4 or 5 games.

What will he be like in the winter on colder, wetter nights? And its not like any Arse player closed his down for the shot (altho it was a great finish)

He was indeed, but no-one appreciated him, I loved him-not in a gay way.

TP would never ever sign a player like Geovanni....unless he has managed him before...he just doesn't trust flair players. At the moment Geovanni looks like a decent signing for Hull...but over a whole season we will have to wait and see. I have to say in a tight game where we need to breakdown a team I would prefer to see Geovanni coming off the bench than Amdy Faye!

Would you rather have exciting players like Giovanni who flicker in and out of games but offer a threat or the likes of Sidibe who works hard (played well Saturday) but offers no threat? Perhaps that is why Hull have started better than us.
