Thank fuck for that - I thought you were going to say he'd broken his arm. Joking aside - it did show how important Rory the rocket launcher is to us - like it or not. The Chelsea player interviewed on MOTD admitted how relieved they were when they found out he wasn't playing.

Had to laugh at the game yesterday... 2 women behind me saying how could Delap get an injury?? Male voice further back shouts out as quick as a flash - strained himself having a w**k ;D

hamstring injury can be anything from 1 days or so to 6 weeks

...& then said it was a hamstring injury.
I think they - top journalists that they are - were getting mixed up with Cort who hurt his shoulder last week

If it was a hamstring we would have been as well off yesterday letting him sit on the side and just take throw-ins as play Cresswell (and dare I say it Lawrence).
