Former Wales international Savage who fell out with John Toshack, who joined Rovers from Birmingham having fallen out with management there having submitted a written request for a transfer, allegedly wishing to be nearer his ailing parents in Wrexham. On January 19 Savage completed his move to Blackburn but lives in Wilmslow (near Alex Ferguson!). Now the 33-year-old has fallen out of favour with Hughes this season and has been left out of the Rovers side for the last three matches.
Even darts fans taunted him!

Stay away from the arrogant little bastard We're hated by most teams now, with that little wind up merchant in the team we could be the most hated ever and althought that would give me some amusement I reckon he would be a bad influence on the dressing room.

i think the fact they said they wanted to keep him, rejected a bid from sunderland and doubtlessly will have more prem clubs in for him mean that he wont come to us
i dont want him hes a complete toss bag

Really like Robbie Savage both as a player and the way he winds the opposition up. Be a great signing for us but unrealistic i reckon.

I'd defo have him, Sav and diao in the middle. superb, and he'd do ok in the prem. Don't think it'll happen though.

He'd sell some Stoke shirts even as loan signing until end of season and put more bums on seats in the Brit, but I think he's too much of an issue where ever he's been on his football travels including trainee with Giggs et al at ManU and under Dario at Crwho? (wrong wording I know!). having originally turned his back on Crwho? for ManU!

He'd be great - but there's probably a handful of Prem clubs willing to pay over £1m and £15-20,000k-a-week for him.

Good player. The type you hate in the opposition but love to have in your team.
He'll go to a Prem club I imagine, doubt he would want to drop down a division.
