Are you taking the pee mate because he's the biggest wuss in the squad, never gets headers in our area and always leans back when tackling - i certainly haven't seen him do anything brave yet. Gentle giant.

I was just pointing out how football songs aren't always one-hundred percent accurate in terms of contect. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the circus. I hear Barry Fry is performing.

Are we actually going to sing this on Saturday. Or will it just end up as just another one spoken about on here?

The Elvis Costello one....
Olinfanjana is here to stay Olifanjana is here to play and he wouldn't rather be anywhere else
I also like
Ric, Ric will tear you apart again
to Joy Division's classic. Simple, yet would sound mint. than Stoke today

Saw someone post this one on another thread, I think this one's got legs!!
"you're just too good to be true can't take the ball off you you've got a heavenly touch as good as huddy and such at long last you have arrived and i thank god i'm alive you're just too good to be true can't take the ball off you
daa da daa da daa da da da da daa da daa da daa da da da da daa da daa da daa da da da da daa da daa da daaaaaaaaaaaa
OLOFINJANA da da da da da daaa
OLOFINJANA da da da da da daa
OLOFINJANA trust in me when i say..."
Except I think we should just go with the chorus, same tune....
O - L - O - finjana He Loves the red & white O - L - O - finjana He always wins the fight O - L - O - Finjana Trust in me when I say.... (then sing it again)

You will get a more than decent share of the royalties chief, lol.
Love yours mate. Would be happy with either.
It's alright us thinking of new stuff etc, but it's another thing getting them going. In Man Ure's fanzine 'Red issue', they have a page designated to new songs by a bloike called Pete Boyle (he has his own website and makes CD's and does gigs, not Ryan).
Might be worth me asking Smudge if we can get summat similar in the printed Oatie, or these will be sung by the few, drift aimlessly into the air, and not be heard by others.
