Im after a new HD ready TV.
Best prices ive seen are on ebuyer.com, prices on there seem pretty reasonable (£305), might not be the best make but they have some decent reviews and they look quiet slick
Anyone know of any other cheap places to pick one up, ideally im looking for a 32"

The best way to buy a HD TV is to see what you have to plug into it first off.
Look at the kit what you already have an what you might by in the next few months or so.
Say you have Sky, DVD Player and XBox, make sure the TV has enough ports, you could end up spending more money buying switchers that will piss you off.

EDIT: Tips I had when I got mine were 32inch and under go for a LCD, anything above Plasma. I went for a 32 inch Panasonic TX32LXD500, try this site for genuine reviews from users www.avforums.com/

But you won't be able to see it working because Aldi refuse to buy a T.V licence...It's company policy apparently.

You really really get what you pay for with HD-TV i am a tv engineer and the quality varies considerably between them.
Stick with PANASONIC, SONY, TOSHIBA OR SAMSUNG. PLUS ANYTHING OVER 32" DEF GO FOR PLASMA

We have 2 of the Aldi ones. Bought one for downstairs few weeks ago when they were £349. Its a fab picture, actually better quality than my Mum's all singing all dancing £1000 panasonic.
Was so impressed we went and bought another yesterday for sons bedroom, they are now £299.
My only small niggle is you cant as yet programme a sky remote in.
Meir Park had a cage full at closing last night.

see below:- I WOULD NOT TOUCH ONE
Sanyo CE32LDY1 Lcd Tv View More Images Information The Sanyo CE32LDY1 is an LCD Television with a 32 inch screen and a 1366 x 768 pixels display resolution. The aspect ratio for this HDTV-Ready TV is 16:9. Worth mentioning is the inclusion of a Built-in Tuner and a full-year manufacturers warranty
Pros + High Pixel Resolution. + Wide viewing angle
Cons - Low powered speakers
Key Spec 1, 550 cd/m² Brightness, 32 inch Display, LCD Television
Sanyo CE32LDY1 Lcd Tv Review The Sanyo CE-32LDY1’s contemporary design initially caught our eye, and when we found that it was backed up by a good spec, we were excited about seeing what it could do. Unfortunately we were let down by its poor picture performance.

best advice is to check avforums.co.uk as mentioned above. Lots of reviews by people who actually own them!
i've had a panasonic 37px80 for about 6 months. Superb SD picture. Got Sky HD about 6 weeks ago. Sport is awesome. Watching the golf a the moment. Amazing!!!
Edit - Oh yeah - look at John Lewis. They give a free 5 year waranty and will PRICE MATCH and store (not internet site). They price match when there is a brick and mortar shop, with the exact same TV on show with a price on display. I got my panny for £669 when it was £799 on the John Lewis website. I got it price matched with the empire direct store in Dudley.
If you want any more info PM me
