unfortunatly I haven't seen any of the goals as of yet (link please if there is one)
However I was driving through west london when it was scored , so my only option was Radio 5 on the car stereo . When we scored our 2nd equaliser, the Free kick , the reporter at Oakwell was VERY complimentary about it, he said if it had been scored in the Premiership we would have been seeing it for weeks. That it was clearly something conjured up on the training ground and that it had worked a treat .
anyone else hear that

Saw it on Sky Sports over here last night.
Definitely straight from the training ground unless they have suddenly become telepathic

It was an excellent goal. But it wasn't Liam's free kick. It was Pugh's free kick and reached Liam via Fuller and Liam stuck it in from about two yards.
Liam's free kick which hit the bar (and would have given us the lead at 2-1) was also excellent and would have been his best free kicjk since he joined us.

Dave, I was there. It was well worked and planned......... unless you happen to be from yorkshire and you will probably say it was a total fluke!!!

It was very well worked Dave. I think Liam touched it to Pugh who played it to Ric. He then played Liam in with a great ball to leave him unmarked 5 yards or so out. It was that good Cress was waiting to hit it home as well. Great stuff and one in the eye for those who say we can't play.

I don't reckon that Liam touched the ball in that routine until he stuck it in the net.

Not sure to honest Forner, I thought he had rolled it to Pughy first and then ran into the box. Either way it was a cracker of a set play that would grace any game.

Yeah, just watched the highlights on SCWorld and Liam just ran over the ball. Fantastic goal though. His direct free kick was Le Tissieresque too.
