Now that we are in the Premiership will Mr Capello be checking out the talented English players be have brought into the league?
Which players would be his top targets?

As England manager, I doubt one has ever been ... back in days of yore, england managers tended not to turn up at games as much as they do in this media dominate world. A few have turned up before they were manager (Robson, Taylor), but I can't think of any who turned up while they were in the post.
(Possibly for the '72 final? But I doubt it ...) - Our last England international was chamberlain, wasn't it? But I don't remember Greenwood (It was Ron, wasn't it?!) turning up to watch him.
That said ... there is a chance Capello will pay us a visit, he should really try to get to all twenty-clubs at least once ...

i understand Griffin is high on his list of priorities, and Don Fabio also believes Cressie maty be the answer to England left-sided problems.
He's fucking gutted about Ant Pulis being Welsh as well. isn't it

this tread has reminded me of that one on rivals ages ago:
"We will lose Fuller in African Nations"
the first reply was something like
"what the fucking hell are you on about mate?"
what a pisser that was.

He did go to see other games as well last season. Although, mostly prem. But tbh, I can't see any of your players getting into the England squad, or ours for that matter, except maybe Carson.
