Just been reading David Healys comment on our fans.
He says we intimidate and boy do players know we are there.
Personally i think Stoke fans can be the 12 player at home matches if they get out their seats and intimidate .
This is going to be a long and wonderful season, its going to be hard but if the fans can help the team and intimidate the normally sanatised opposition then maybe this could just help get those extra points we will need to remain premiership.
My only worry is sometimes when the ground is packed the atmosphere is worse than when we get around 20,000.
We shall but see "GOARRRRN STOKE"

These were healys comments.in the Belfast telegraph.
There is always a lot of focus on the three promoted sides when the Premier League begins.
It’s going to be difficult for West Brom, Hull City and Stoke City, no doubt about that.
But they may surprise a few people.
In particular I’m interested in how Stoke City will do.
Knowing Tony Pulis, his team will be big and physical in every position and they will be hard to beat, especially at their home ground which, I can say from experience, can be an intimidating place.
The Stoke fans are right on top of you and they let you know they are there.
A few big name players might get a shock when they are hit by the atmosphere at the Britannia Stadium.
Stoke won’t be world-beaters but unlike what most people are saying they won’t be pushovers either.

i wonder if we'll get any of the prima donnas complaining about things like 'racist taunts' when our rough boys start calling them nasty names.

when the gate was 20,000 it was the true fans which made the atmosphere. i just hope the extra 6,000 are not just glory hunters and actually get behind the team and not just watch and sit there quiet as a mouse.
CMON STOKE
