Got my season ticket but have to drive from Herts that will take 3 hours each way. Also I have a young family so can't expect to get away or arrive more than an hour before the match. I'm not moaning but just need advice as to where best to park and walk to the ground. Might even be a few quid in it if you have a space to let. cheers

Terry,
Do you know Heron Cross at all?
If so if you ebter Heron cross from the A500, Take a right at the chemist, so you are going down duke street, then rght just before the chinky, chippy thing, flow that road around and there plenty of cark park spaces, make sure you dont park within the white boxes as they are residence only...its only a 0 minute walk from there!

He said they have 50 spaces available for £5 each and if you want to have a season long deal they would be prepared to arrange this. I didn't get the number for him, but maybe if you google or contact Radio Stoke they could provide it. May be worth a go.

Thanks Teen and Nick,
It must be something about Jan 2004 when we all came onto this board!
Karma to you both.
As I'm coming up the M1, i've always got off at Junction 14 and worked my way up Old Barlaston Road from the south and had a Car Park Season ticket i.e parked at the ground.
I can't see how I can get to Heron Cross without hitting major traffic problems so I was thinking somewhere around Hem Heath and a 20 minute walk would do it.
I saw mention of the cricket club on another thread but guess that could be full by the time I arrive.
Happy to pay £5 to park on someone's drive in the area if need be.
I just don't want to get ticketed which happened to me the season before last off the Campbell Road.
Cheers
