With him missing his court date and the premier league now keeping a close eye on all developments what would happen to man city if say Shinwatra has an arrest warrant issued against him and then he is extradited back to thailand and jailed or the league use the fit and proper persons test. Would they go straight into Administration? Would the league not allow City to have any of the premier league shares therefore not allowing them to compete? Who would own them? and what does the test mean? and what would he be tested on?

Whether he is extradited or not, the fact that he has skipped bail means that he will not have acess to the money he has back in Thailand. As this is the considerable % of his fortune this effectively means that Man City have no money. They also don't own any assets ( ground etc ), so effectively are sailing quite close to administration. I may be wrong though.

Leeds didn't go into admin in the Premiership, did they? I think Leicester were out of it by time they'd conveniently used it to write off all their stadium debts and get back to the Premiership.
