Seeing as its nearly impossible to get through to the Stoke ticket office this afternoon I thought i'd ask you chaps my various few questions I may have asked this before, but that was a while ago and I want to make sure before I get put in a long queue on the phone. Can I buy an away ticket over the phone with my away card, with collection from Home Park as I can't get to the Britannia before? Also, can I buy a guest ticket with my away card over the phone too? Cheers ;D GOARN STOKE!

yes, you can buy tickets over the phone, they normally ask you for your id card number, sometimes they don't, but if you use the phone regularly to get tickets they have it on their database and will stop asking.
i have never had to get tickets for someone on the guest list, but i believe you can do it, you have to give the guests details to the ticket office, and the guest has to produce a photo and id on the day.
they will take your tickets down on the day and you can pick them up from the ticket office at home park.
if it is any help, i book tickets on the phone and they arrive on the mat 1-2 days later,i appreciate that it will take longer over the xmas period,so better to pick them up at home park on the day.
