today me mum put my stoke shirt in the washer and there is a problem with the drum and it pulled it loads, so anyway went up the shop and got me a new one with lawrence 7 on the back, but there is a gap between the a and w (la wrence) so it looks a bit shite!
anyone else had a problem like this, and anyone know if a replacement would be possible.

yes - my son had one where they did that. Fortunately when we got it home, the Britannia Logo was peeling off, so we took it back to the shop at the ground to exchange it, and they put the name on properly.
The woman at the Brit said that the problem is that the lettering in the template is poorly spaced so you have to trim it with scissors before you transfer it. She said the staff in the Hanley shop basically can't be arsed to do it properly.

take it back and say what the fuck is this you paid your money and they get paid do a job properly, the club shop is a shocking place, everyone of the staff need firing. they fucked my home one up, got home the letters were ironed on, and a big crease, in the 7 and the L.

I had the same a while back
They put GREEN ACRES on mine instead of the goal king himself-probably to hide embarassment
Seems these shirts are causing a lot of problems
