I was there for 2 hours.
Got three tickets, should have had five.
That means for every future away game we will only get three priority, meaning two trips to the ground to make it five and sitting separately everywhere!

The ticket office manager.
The queue for the complaints queue was around ten people when I left, with not a soul at any of the other windows.

I had dealings with the ticket office recently, and that particular person. Nothing in my dealings changed my mind that the ticketing operation is nothing short of a joke (I won't go into detail, you wouldn't believe it anyway). Unfortunately despite being Premier league we have a championship level (at best) ticketing operation.

It's far from Championship level.
I feel sorry for the staff at the windows who get all the moaning and mither, yet it's the system upstairs causing it all.
