I haven't quite grasped why some are undisclosed...I assume its because theres a clause in the contract saying so as they dont want the fee to be common knowledge..but wouldn't most transfers be undisclosed???? ???.....confused... maybe it was the half bottle of Makers Mark last night!

Probably when a club spends much more on a player than he's actually worth, they don't want the value to be known. That's always what I've thought.. ???

And they probably don't want the fans to know how much they wasted on a player they think is a bag of shit!

Its to protect the players interests! It is often the case that a club will accept numerous offers for players from different clubs. The player may choose the highest / lowest due to personal reasons and not want other fans to know that which he chose.
As in if he chose the lowest, the higher bidders would be very anti the player, so they keep it undisclosed.

I think it is only applicable when one or both of the clubs are limited companys, or something like that someone told me....

I just thought it was when clubs don't want people to know how much they've spent.

You can always find out the fee when the accounts are released! No you can't. The accounts are never that detailed.
