:oDont it feel good to see our mighty potters splashing the cash, we are big hitters now and I love the fact that we can pick and choose from teams that we have looked up to in the past and pick off there better players WE ARE STOKE AND WE ARE BACK ! ;D

I think a fair whack of the £8.5 m will be paid as add ons if we do well (certainly in the Kitson deal and possibly for S.O. also)

looks like we are being sensible then and making our money stretch, maybe why the deals are taking so long to agree with clubs?

your right svp we are striking a balance between not mortaging the future of the club against beating the drop and building a squad to give us a good fighting chance of doing so. I think a lot of people are in for a surprise when they come up against us

Was about to sa the same thing ben. I can remember the days when we thought 750,000 was alot of money for a player. Now it seems like peanuts.

Also, I don't think we would lose much money on either player should we go down as both would hold their price. And if they didn't leave would be excellent in helping us get promoted again. We are staying up anyway so not an issue at all
