Has anyone else had dealings with these clowns.
3 days I have been trying to get through now and they don't even put you in a queue to wait. Just tell you they are busy and to call back later. When, next year?
I can't even send them an email as this supposed hotline is the only way to contact them according to the website.
Shocking state of affaits as they are paying random amounts of cash into my account (I know everyones dream ;D) but on a serious note I don't know why and have had no letters off them either.
Ringing from my mobile in the day from work would cost a bomb. Drive me crackers they do.
Rant over ;D

me and the wife have had a pay rise this year which has been swallowed up by petrol, fuel and other rising costs we have just had a baby so claim child tax allowances which was given to me at £600 a year, my wife has just gone back to work and we now pay childcare which is extortionate. my tax credits have gone down to £49 everything has gone up apart from the child tax credits threshold i hate to moan about but this, fuck it i dont but sometimes i wonder why the fuck i bother. both me and wife recieved two letters each off the today, add the phonecalls and their man hours spent on my case have all swallowed up my £49 oh and because they have already paid me £80 based on last years rates i owe them 30 quid someone please explain why they got rid of married mans tax allowance. i hear the tories are goiing to bring iot back as part of their initiave to the family - a good idea if you ask me
