quite alot more than last season ... what a shocker - glory hunting BASTARDS FFS, you a vale fan?! It is obvious that it would happen. No team has ever lost fans whilst being promoted. A lot of people may be long serving fans who listened every week on radio stoke etc. but could only afford a few home games. Then for the chance to watch prem football have pulled out the stops. I welcome the new fans, I would rather have a full crowd behind stoke than a half empty one. Because I tell you what, all of us who never miss a game will be there whatever, and those extra people are more than welcome to join us!!

To be honest i would be quite happy with 18,000+ 2500 away supporters most weeks and a say 3000 on the day payers.
Should mean a lot of post 24,000 crowds plus 7-8 sell outs.
Probably a healthy 25,000+ average even if we perform badly.
Half decent season may see near capacity average.

When the old man went to get his the office told him that 20,000 had gone, as they struggled to get four seats together with a decent view.
