Any of the resident metalheads go to see Iron Maiden on Saturday? Views/opinions? Did he say it ;D Fucking Bruce is Ace....I still think that the Live/Death video is one of the most Awesome live concerts ever filmed ;D Oh yes! ;D Just like 1985 - but with shorter hair . Stage and lights 10/10, performance 10/10 , sound 7/10. Had poor seats - I saw the show, but didn't feel "at it". Fingers crossed they'll bring the whole "Egyptian thing" to a few arenas later this year.

I was there. We were 'sat' in the west stand, middle tier and it was fucking awesome. From the second that rumbleing Spitfire engine started up i had shivers all night. The whole day was like a massive party and everyone was just well up for a laugh and having a good time, such a good atmosphere. Went far too quickley. Number of the Beast and Rime of the Ancient Mariner were my highlights. Sound wasnt perfect but it didnt take anything away from the day. Only minor downer was that we missed our last bus from heathrow to our travelodge and wasnt willing to pay some cockney £30 for a taxi so had to walk back on a lovely route that took in the M25 slip road at 2am

Yeah those Viccy Hall gigs were shyte for stage shows, remember Dio's ;D No, sadly I never got to see any bands other than Maiden at the Vic. My parents were really protective and it took a hell of a lot of persuasion to let me go to Maiden and I was 16 lol. After that, couldnt really afford it because I drank all the spare cash I had down the Waggon in Meir ;D

Do you have DAB radio, I listen to Planet Rock every day at work Aye, planet rock is usually on here as well ;D Good station that, plays some classics. I can often be found dancing around the kitchen belting out old 80's rock whilst attempting to cook lol
