fulop has confimed he is in talks with stoke
does that mean a fee has been agreed?

If he's in talks with us you'd have to assume a fee has been agreed as i imagine Sunderland wouldn't let us talk to him otherwise.

I hope so. Or, it could simply be Sky's rehash of the story a few days back where Fulop said talks were going well - when he meant that the talks between Sunderland and Stoke were encouraging.
