If we 'do a Derby' Pulis deserves sacking IMO. Derby's Premiership holocaust should be a lesson to every single future promoted side - make sure the exact opposite to every move they made is carried out.
I expect relegation (as long as it isn't embarassing) would still keep Pulis in a job.
