Are they the same as posting to anywhere else in the UK or does it cost more with the post having to cross the Irish Sea?

Same price if you use the Royal Mail. May cost more if you use a courier firm.

Fornside is correct,the postal charges are the same here in
N/Ireland has the mainland.

They are the same because it's (still) part of the UK...but trying posting something to Letterkenny a few miles across the border from Derry, and it costs a feckin fortune..

With a courier you are looking at about 3-4 times the cost of UK mainland but the post does remain the same
