Are people not grasping what Iām saying? I sit in a seat on the divide for 15 years. I get promised a seat other the other side of the divide about 29 seats away from where I am now. I get put over a block away I spend an hour down the ground one evening going through the process and told it will just be mirrored the other side of the divide. I call that useless, only put right because I picked up on an email and spotted the seat. A mistake was made and then reverted pretty quickly when picked upon. It happens. Shit that it did but once spotted it sounds like itās been handled excellently. It has mate but this was after two meetings down the ground organised by the club and detailed. I canāt see how mirroring the current seat plan by the divide can put you in another block. Like another poster above said I donāt think it was a mistake. More to do with trying split up the fans on the divide as my other mates were moved a block away as well but all of us not together. Little tinkers they are. Nice try Stoke š

Just got that seat on the divide as soon as the divide in the south stand happened when we went up. Got to love the banter with away fans, though last few years havenāt been easy on the receiving end of it

We're in block 36 so got "flipped" to Block 41 which is fair enough but we wanted to be more behind the goal, not by the tunnel.
As there is 8 of us all sat together, we all nipped up just before the match on Saturday to choose new seats and they sorted it all very efficiently, which was a relief as it's a big deal for us to leave the pub early to go up to the ground before kick off!
We chose seats together in block 40 just below the police box so will have to be on our best behaviour š Have to say the lass in the ticket office was pretty helpful.

Can I just ask why it was important to be on the divide? I understand being split from your mates but you seem more upset by not being on the divide. The way I understand how it's working, moving a block along from where you currently are would put you more central?

If you divide the divide by the square root + divide that gives you the exact seat

Think some of you are finally getting it because the divide is all that matters. If you know you know.
If you havenāt been there you donāt know what youāre missing. Sod your prawn sandwiches š

So they gave you something you didnāt want and replaced it for something you wanted? Iād call that good customer service. I think we all get what you are saying. You used to sit miles away from the away fans, and with the seating plan they have put you right next to the segregated area between home and away fans, and you are not happy about it. So you've contacted the club, who took forever to return you back to the seat you wanted - which is in the Boothen End.

After seeing the safe standing at St Maryās today I hope Stoke have the send to place in coloured bars?
The silver ones just like they have had scaffolding fitted in front of the seats today and looked awful up close.

We are in block38 row 12 right next to the away fans, we went the open day last sunday for the seat swap day, we were escorted to the new home fan section chose our new seats in block39, sat in them for around 10 mins, went back to the ticket office with a slip for our seats and all changed in 5 minutes all 12 of us, no problems at all, thought the club have done a good job with this š

When do season tickets go on general sale for the new standing area? Tickets sales are frozen on may 17th for a week i think then go back on sale so would imagine then but you can buy an unreserved seat in there now then choose when all the people who have been moved has chosen or moved elsewhere.
