Hi All, Sorted out the loft and came across my Oatcake collection. Must be another box somewhere because they only go up to 548. All present, correct and in good condition apart from: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 20, 37, 40, 48, 49, 52, 349, 351, 352, 353, 360, 363, 407, 419, 435, 479, 486, 514, 516, 517, 520, 521, 523 & 539. They are ready for collection in a suitcase (easy to transport) and can be collected from Silverdale or Winsford. Any donation you can afford to Myeloma UK would be very much appreciated and supporting a Massive Stokie who is currently kicking Myeloma's arse!! - www.myeloma.org.uk/how-you-can-help/donations. Please PM to make arrangements.

I looked at the title and the first question that popped into my head was "How is he going to keep them fresh?"
Christ...

I've survived Myeloma for 21 years so far. Stem cell transplants 2003 and 2009 so there is hope. Fingers crossed for your friend.

only had one stem cell transplant so far ,still in remission (6 years now), what treatment are you on ? i'm currently 5 week cycle with darathumunab and lenalidomide ?
i was diagnosed as MGUS at 50 and developed to myeloma at 57
was yours diagnosed as high risk ? how old wer you when it was diagnosed ? sorry for questions ,don't get many opportunities to ask fellow sufferers especially one who's done so well from treatment .

No problem, happy to talk. I was diagnosed with late stage Myeloma aged 32. I'm 54 now. Luckily no major bone damage and after the second transplant I've been in remission for 15 years so very very lucky. I'm treatment free at the moment, just vitamin D. Good luck with your remission
