Just watching bridge of lies and football was subject. The question was players who played for man City or man Utd. Ryan Shawcross and Stanley Matthews were up there. When they mentioned the lies, never said who Shawcross played for and Matthews played for Blackpool, but didn't mention stoke.

What I should have put in my original post is that when they go through the lies at the end of each contestant, they explain what all the correct answers are. They mentioned the teams the players played for, apart from Shawcross and missed out that Matthews played for Stoke.

As you say they do highlight the lies but Shawcross did play for Man Utd so no explanation would be required as it was true.

Shawcross came up as a lie, so he couldn't have played for man Utd. As for this particular episode, they mentioned every lie for every player, including 3 teams for one player. Didn't say who Shawcross played for.

Would be better if the show was presented by Wayne Bridge.
