Iverson 7 Cracking save at the start Wilmot 5 poor on the ball Rose 6 McNally 6 Thompson 7 limited but always gives 100 percent Baker 5 no impact Burger 5 not one of his better games looks tired Leris 7 thought he did well particularly in the air Laurent 4 great clearance but anonymous bar that Hacks 5 barely in the game Campbell 6 OK nice pass for the goal
Subs Bae 8 Changed the game. Excellent Manhoef 7 Really rate him. Gutsy little player Cuddle 7 Great finish Stevens 6 Gives us better balance
Ref 4 Gave them every 50/50. Too fussy.

Iverson 7, saved us, MOM! Wilmot 5, lost his man when Iversen saved him! Rose 6, OK McNally 6, OK Thompson 6, OK, but needs to calm down a bit! Baker 4, really poor! Burger 5, not at his best. Leris 6, lacks a bit of quality, but his effort is top notch! Laurent 4, great clearance but dreadful apart from that! Hacks 4, I'm not a fan! Campbell 4, looks like Bambi on ice for most of the game! Subs Bae 7, good! Manhoef 7, our most creative spark. Cundle 7 Great finish and save! Unfortunately the save stopped us from going 2-1 up! Stevens 6, prefer him there! Ref 2, another shitmaster! Where do they find these useless twats!

Can't comment on performances as I didn't see it, haven't as yet read anything about it or seen any highlights, but what happened to Burger in his three week absence? When he picked up the suspension it looked as if he was going to be a big miss. Came back, not bad v Huddersfield, dropped v WBA, brought off after 60 v Swansea and just after half time today.

Iversen - 6 huge save in first 10 mins, not overly assured from set pieces Lleris - 6 won numerous headers and performed admirably at right back Wilmot - 5 slow when moving the ball, just looks clumsy Rose - 6 tough battle against smith, didn’t win the battle though McNally - 6 mopped up reasonably well and a good block in the first half Thompson - 6 not a wing back! Played better than Burger in CDM and battled well Laurent - 4 numerous free kicks given away, completely anonymous first half, miles better when playing deeper not technical enough to operate behind the striker Baker - 4 forgot he was on apart from the free kick Burger - 5 seemed to be running all over the place to no avail, no quality from him and he was outmuscled in midfield Haksabanovic - 4 pointless him being on, created nothing and adds nothing Campbell - 6 mainly based on his ball through for Cundle
Bae - 7 offers so much more as an attacking threat than the others Manhoef - 7 caused problems and pushed the opposition back Dame Edna - 6 so much more comfortable with him slotting in especially in a back 4 Lowe - 6 won a few headers and offered something a bit different. Needs a loan
Cundle - 7 some nice link play and that well composed HUGE goal for us Schuey - 3 not impressed with the line up or the shape of the team. Absolutely hammered down our left hand side for most of the first half, Campbell completely isolated and a defensive line up. Played for a draw, we got lucky with a draw. If he went with Bae and Million it would have given us some attacking thought
Ref 2 fucking useless! Foul on Campbell not given despite keeper playing the man not the ball, waving his yellow around for soft tackles, certainly happy to give Sheff Wed numerous decisions

That was a team shit scared to play a game of football… It was like the ball was a hot potato when it came in their way, especially first half. Saved by the keeper, luck and some south korean magic. Dreading the remaining run-in…
Iverson 8
Wilmot 5 Rose 4 McNally 6
Thompson 6 Baker 5 Burger 4 worst I’ve seen him play Laurent 5 Leris 7
Haksabanovic 6 Campbell 6 ——————————————— Bae 8 best I’ve seem him play, superb! Motm Manhoef 7 Cundle 7 Stevens 6
A big question mark over the attitude and professionalism within the team. When a free kick was awarded in extra time in the middle of the pitch three (!) players stop playing just standing beside the ball instead of running back into defensive positions. It resulted in a late corner, thankfully they didn’t produce anything from it. If I was a teammate I would be absolutely fuming!!

Iverson 7 top save at the start Wilmot 5 tried hard, made a few good challenges Rose 5 not his finest performance McNally 6 did ok Thompson 6 didnt shirk today. Baker 5 close with free kick but little else Burger 5 his worse game. Came off injured Leris 5 good in the air, hopeless on the ground. Laurent 5 saving clearance but woeful as a captain Hacks 4 was he actually playing Campbell 6 good pass for the goal, but cut a frustrating figure again
Subs Bae 8 Excellent. Great engine. Manhoef 7 looks like we might have a little gem. Cuddle 7 Great finish, but defending for them was a sickener Stevens 6 did ok.

Great save Iversen at the start. Similar body shape to the one critiqued for WBA’s first goal last week. Been decent since that v.early save v Boro.

Haks was the worst player by a mile. Offered no support when they were overloading us down their right early on and offered nothing going forward. ‘4’ and can’t see him starting for us again

'Shit scared to play a game of football' and treating ball like a 'hot potato'. It takes balls to put your foot on it and try and play.

Just back (yes I know... got a friend out that way) not sure whether it came across on TV but the wind was a major factor in the uncertainty of the centre backs first half and having rode their luck they were much better in the second. I imagine there was the usual meltdown on the match day thread but those of us there could see how tricky it was and kept on encouraging rather than moaning.

He was garbage. One of the reasons we struggled so badly in the first half was because we were carrying him and essentially playing with ten men.

From the start Sheffield turned it into a League 1 match, and whilst we struggled to contend with their (over) physical approach, the players did stand up to be counted and managed to scrap their way to half time. Second half we at least manged to play a bit of football and it was clear that we were technically better. Disappointing to lose a goal to an "up and under" especially since Bannan, when he was fouled, clear waved an imaginary yellow card at the ref...why is it only our players who get pulled up for that?
Anyhow, a lovely move for the equaliser, a moment of calm in an otherwise frenzied, scrappy, lower league encounter. Wednesday, if relegated, with do well in League 1, Stoke would fall apart I fear
