Can anyone ever say that he'd run and challenge like Ennis did yesterday to block that clearance not a chance he's powderpuff and just doesn't care enough. No but I wouldn’t want him to.Players who can beat a man are few and far between and he is still the only player we have with the pace and skill to beat a man. Million and Bae are good too but don’t have Campbell’s acceleration. He did a good job yesterday with no support and the ball flying over his head. Ennis runs a lot but his touch is awful

I didn’t reference your posting history even clarifying with the comment “on this this thread alone”. You’ve only continued to prove the original point. Let be frank you insinuated I've an agenda for my thoughts on one thread which I don't its possible we may have different opinions on "pace" and his ability but you'd rather blame my imaginary bias against him by making out its in some way personal bias against him all I asked was to evidence my bias. I’d never accuse anyone of having an agenda as I’ve said a million times before on this forum. I’d say you were thick as mince, wouldn’t know a footballer if one smacked you in the face and that you’d struggle to see what was right in front of your eyes long before I’d say you’d got an agenda. Some people just can’t help being stupid! 👍. If that’s you fair enough. Maybe you just don’t like giving any praise whatsoever to a player you’ve made your mind up about. Me…I’m happy to give credit where it’s due. I can’t stand Gooch. He’s absolutely toss. He had a good game yesterday. I love Junho. He was toss yesterday. I’ve said for 3 years that we should sign Iversen. I’ve been disappointed to his start to life at Stoke and would have dropped him post Cardiff. I’m delighted he’s had 3 decent games on trot. It’s actually quite liberating when you just call what you see irrespective of your own personal opinion of a particular player. You should try it one day 👍

He only ran to make that challenge because he was frustrated with himself for missing an absolute sitter to wrap up the game. Don’t think that’s true at all. He messed up that chance yes but that challenge he made is part of his game. He’s the player who would have been the ideal brown replacement. He is nowhere near Brown in any facet of the game. Slower, weaker in the air, poorer touch, weak finisher. I would have Campbell over Ennis every day and I would have Maaee as CF before either of them. Ennis is a useful sub but nowhere near the level we need

No I think he’s shown where he’s at. Even the Campbell Club have stopped defending him now. I’ve not stopped defending him. He will rightly leave for pastures new in the summer and I’m disappointed he hasn’t fulfilled his obvious potential here. Was a real threat again yesterday and as he was v Leeds. The criticism, some of it justified, is never anything than way way over the top. He gets blamed for his own shortcomings and those of everyone else. Just not seen much defence of him that’s all, and rightly so, he’s not been at it for some time. I get he’s had injuries but even when he’s been fit he’s either not shown enough to get selected and when he has he’s not really offered much.

He seemed to be made the scapegoat for the Leicester hammering yet he was involved our only two chances of the game courtesy of very good, very quick movement. He was crap yet he did more than anyone else on the day yet was banished out of squad completely and into the 21’s. He hasn’t fulfilled his potential and he will rightly (for both parties) depart in the summer but he’s not alone in “not being at it” for some time. We are very close to celebrating staying up as if it’s some kind of achievement. It’s a sorry indictment on everyone involved and they are all as culpable as each other.

All his good games have been when he's been played on the right, he's useless down the middle and I'm surprised the manager hasn't realised it yet.

He was very good down the middle yesterday, especially when we put some good passes in behind. Maybe that's what we should have been doing these last few years! We've never seen his full potential here because of the crap he's played alongside. He's still comfortably our best attacking player. He'll be at Rangers next season and he'll do well

Been in the Scottish media for weeks that he's heading there Fair play. Great move for him. They’re a massive club and from social media he’s still big mates with Butland, Matondo and Sterling I wouldn’t say playing in the Scottish league is a great move. Maybe that’s his level?

I think he will be one of their top players if he goes there. He has that one thing that you can’t teach - pace. He's not a slouch but I just don't see this "pace" people keep banging on about he really isn't that quick. Mate you clearly don't like Campbell that's obvious but whatever you think about him he is quick there is absolutely no denying it. Yesterday that one on one in the first half was all about the turn, the trickery and the sprint clear of the defender. Unfortunately the finish on his right peg was a typically couldn't be arsed powder puff pass back. It's time he left, which he will. With hindsight we should have sold him to Rangers 3 or 4 years ago when they were offering money for him because he's done nothing for us since.

I just don’t get the ‘talent’ label, he hasn’t got a strikers instinct in front of goal, and in other areas makes the wrong decisions with his passing and has got what most would call a footballing brain. Got lucky with some of his goals pre injury, mainly due to his pace, since then utter garbage and not helped by his pathetic attitude and lack effort. I’ve seen some poor players in my 50 years supporting Stoke, he’s right up there, a waste of a shirt.

When he's good, he's good. However, I saw numerous times yesterday that he'd just leisurely strolled around (he wasn't alone in doing this to be fair) and didn't even try to get into a good position to receive a pass or provide a feint while others were moving forward. He's a very frustrating player given his talent. Was he winded? Indifferent? Both? I think I'm done waiting for him to shine. Once every blue moon is not enough.

If thats what you or anyone else thinks there is no point in any further debate, you think he's quick or whatever I think he's no slouch but definitely not as quick as people seem to think but you are right I don't rate him.

Campbell will be on the bench at some other club next season hopefully. Im seriously fucked off with bang average players who have “potential” playing for Stoke. Just get rid, he’s never been and never will be a solution to any of the problems we face as a Football Club. I can’t bear to see his “Exhausted Hero” act every time he puts in a 30 meter sprint that again comes to nothing.

I’ll be sorry to see him leave but I’m biased I sponsor his shirt 😊
Some of the goals he’s scored for us have been things of beauty and provided moments of joy in a major sea of shite!
I’ll actually be disappointed when Ty leaves
