Obviously if we go down, there’s a message needs sending, physically in terms of some kind of protest, alongside the season ticket sales which will drop (I’ll renew whatever happens)
But until that point, we need to rally, attend and create something.
Flares outside, welcoming the players, getting right behind them.
I’m not a happy clapper, but now is the time to unite and organise ourselves.
I’ll put my tin hat on but if there’s a thirst for it, what do we do?
Goarrn Stoke x

We all stop moaning and criticising. We all get behind the club and more importantly the team, whoever plays. We all know the last 7 years has been an utter shit show. We’re all hurting and can smell the coffee. However, this club was built on the City and the fans, never has it needed this spirit more . We have 2 choices: moan, criticise, whinge and accept defeat or stand tall, encourage, hopefully inspire the team in some way but at least be the Stoke fans everyone (some) admired and talked about as ‘loud and proud’. We, as fans, do play a massive part (maybe we shouldn’t, but we do) on players confidence, etc. They need us as much as we need them to perform. Next Saturday is now huge, more than huge, we’re in deep shit but we, as fans, CAN help by trying to put all the negative thoughts we all share to one side and just give it all we’ve got to get behind the lads, 1 point could be the difference of playing Everton or Crewe next season 🫣

The weekly thread blaming the fans.
For the umpteenth time…we’ve done all this. We’ve got behind the team, we’ve cheered them on. They don’t give a shit.
The “moaning” will stop when the team isn’t utter dogshite.

Of course you’re not so I think the moral of this is if they perform well, fans respond in kind. If they play shit the fans will give em shit….. like most fans up and down the country do….

Being getting behind the team since the late sixties and your click bait deserves the responses it’s getting. Give your head a wobble the supporters are not what’s wrong with the club.

For the past 7 years we’ve seen some very bad players/teams down at Stoke & we still somehow manage to get 20k down there for home games. But, it’s the fans fault. Unbelievable Jeff

Oh yes indeed, I also remember that 5-0 win in the FA Cup semi-final, I was there at full-time, storming the Waddington Suite, shouting Coates Out and submitting my vote for Pottermus as player of the year. Fucking livid I was.
Yes of course it’s all the fucking fans fault.

We, the fans, have been absolutely excellent throughout this whole shit-show. There are myriad other fanbases who would have been far less patient and far more angry than us.
I saw a post on Facebook earlier (or it might have been on here) that suggested that we'd been "spoilt" by the Premier League years. It really riled me up but I didn't respond, but I thought how much of a load of bollocks that was- if anything, we've been so grateful for the memories that we've put up with it without nearly as much protest as is probably warranted.
For what it's worth I'm still in the "Coates in" camp, but there's not much credit left in the bank.

I’ve had a season ticket for the last 42 years so I care as much as anyone. The supporters are in no way to blame but I genuinely believe we can make a slight difference by stopping fucking moaning non stop. Fuck all we can do now about the players we’ve got so got to support them an prey.

Supposed professionals on $1000’s per week that can’t pass, control a ball, tackle with any physicality or want an eternity to make a decision with the ball at their feet.
Stealing a living in the Championship when clearly not good enough. The least you can do is put 100% in and look like you are doing more than showing up for a practice match.
Stoke fans will 100% support a team that shows some grit, determination, effort and fight even if that team loses.
What cannot be supported is a bunch of half hearted piss takers that can’t even be bothered to do the basics.
Not all of the players are guilty of course but we have way too many passengers

Is it not time we mobilise and look to remove the incompetent Coates family from this once great club before they have chance to cause yet more damage?
(The answer is 'Yes' for those who are unsure)

You're talking to Stoke fans here..some of our lot were moaning their bag off after the 5-1 semi final win against Bolton That’s just a load of Bollox 😂 No it isn't. There was a small handful of people moaning that we'd cave in for the final and lay down and roll over. It was a small handful but it still happened. It's always been the same it's not a dig at the fans it's just a simple fact that there is always some who will have a moan regardless. Like Bayern 😉🤣 Every club has those kinda fans, no point acting like we don't

Agree everyone, there's nothing we can do for the rest of the season.
For those who want to moan -whats the point it is what it is now no more transfer windows the recruitment team have left us with this squad
What we can do is be positive support SS and the team in every game, no point in anything else
SS cannot be held responsible for Thompson ducking his header for the 1st goal - totally unacceptable
Then Junior losing the ball in the centre circle !!
Iverson not making one save in 7 weeks

We’re probably the easiest bunch of fans to please you could imagine. We’re just desperate for the tiniest thing to be hopeful about. But I’m afraid there’s nothing the fans can do at this stage.

Nope literally nothing can be done by us. Arguably nothing can be done by anyone apart from the players. Doesn't matter who is in charge or running things if the players aren't fighting on the pitch then that's on them

Players put in a good effort in the last game, and so did the fans when they saw their team giving it a good go - nothing wrong with the support - 2 way street though.
