He's lost the plot.
Get him some help quick.
We are in the quicksand and sinking.

This week he mostly gets a pass from me as the changes were forced on him due to: 3 games in a week Injuries Paper thin squad due to quite a few personalities not being up for the fight

Does anyone know how many changes they made?

Next week will probably have 4 changes as the 3 subs at the end will start and Thompson is suspended.

Next week will probably have 4 changes as the 3 subs at the end will start and Thompson is suspended. That's the logical and sensible thing to do.

As professional athletes they would probably be able to play 7 games in a week, or more, if they had to. It's not about whether the actual physical exertion is possible, it's about managing fatigue and performance to make the team competitive at an elite level.

Burger, Junho and Junior should start every game unless they are unable to run.

The team that finished the game should start against Cardiff (apart from Gooch at left back if Thompson is suspended)

As others have said, Burger, Junho and Junior have to play every game.
Cundle can’t start again.
Hoever can’t start again.
I liked the look of Manhoef. He has to start.
Iversen
Junior McNally Rose Gooch
Burger Baker
Manhoef Junho Vidigal
Ennis
Is about our best team.
Bar Gooch at left back it’s balanced, should defend ok, should attack ok and should win games.

His changes on the 60th minute were fantastic and influenced the game. To the point where we didn't score and still lost the game 1-0, which funnily enough was the score before they entered the field of play.

It’s the same for every squad - Your levels are going to drop (possibly even just slightly), if you play three in a week - It’s about trying to keep team performance levels as near to maximum as possible, which sometimes means that a player needs to be dropped for a ‘fresher’ player from the bench. If you don’t do that, then your opposition will benefit as you can bet your bottom dollar that they’ll have brought a fresher player in - It doesn’t mean that the dropped player is lazy, incapable, unfit etc.

This is anything but an elite level. When a team as poor as Coventry are in the top 6, this is anything but elite.

I was with a former stoke manager last weekend and he said if you make 6 changes you are admitting you made 6 mistakes the previous week.

That’s a nonsense though. Loads of other factors can influence if you change your personnel…. Injuries, illness, opposition style of play, quality of opposition, absence due to internationals, too many games…. In Schumacher’s case, injuries / knocks had an influence, as well as the idea of having too many games in quick succession.
Saying all of that though, I firmly believe you need a core 13 or 14 that make up the vast majority of your starting 11.

Well you could argue it helped then as the new set up after the substitutions didn't concede any goals 🤔 😉
