What a horrific team that is. Attack against defence it is then. Just our defence isn’t very good. Especially with Wilmot in it

That is a LOT of changes. Apparently Iverson and McNally are injured whilst Burger is only fit enough for the bench. Ennis is rested due to the volume of games. It would of been nice to keep some consistency ... Cundle is your consistency man. I'm sure Iversen would have been too had he not been injured.

What on earth is this lineup vs coventry?
Wilmot back? Really??? Pearson? Why is he here. Dropped Ennis for Lowe?? Laughable. BONHAM?!?!?! Dropped Junho and Tchamedeu. AND WORST OF ALL HES DROPPED BURGER!!!!
Hes lost the plot or im missing something
wilmot plays as mcnally injured Burger got a slight knock so rightly protecting him If Mcnally is injured then play Bonham there he can't do any worse than Wilmot.

Hopefully aiming to keep it nil nil until half time, then make 5 changes and go on the front foot in the 2nd half with a fresher team.

What’s the deal with Million?
If he can’t get in that team he must be unfit or really not very good.

Looking on the bright side, Mark Robins will be echoing the above posters exactly. He can throw his 'how to outwit Schuhmacher" plan right out the window. To be honest I'm not surprised that Burger is rested. He's looked very tired in both of his last games, where he's been subbed off both times. On a different note, on a day when SS appears to have sought high and low to find someone who didn't need resting, and when Mmaee's suspension still stands, Ty Campbell still can't even get a place on the bench. As someone else has said, the only way that selection and squad makes any sense whatsoever, is if he’s decided to just fuck everyone he considers to be a waster off and focus solely on those players that he feels actually give a fuck.

I wouldn’t get too wound up. We barely scraped a win at home against an awful team in midweek. These are a very decent team. I don’t think our best 11 can live with them anyway. Knowing what I know about Stoke, Away Banker in my Eyes.

If we don’t get a positive result the manager is wholly responsible. And if we do get a positive result then who's responsible?

I think that injuries have forced Schumacher's hand here. It is just frustrating that every game we are making 6 changes. 😂

It feels like every manager we’ve had we’ve never played the same team.
It shows we don’t have the players to compete with Coventry at home. Amazing statement to everyone associated with the club.

OMG what the actual fuck is that?!? Sorting Hat on steroids! Burger came off injured! I thought he wouldn't be available. I'd settle for one point. I'd settle for less than what Leicester scored.

Two or Three injured. Ennis not risked for 3 games in a week. That explains some of it.
Lowe deserves a go.

3421: Bonham Hoever Wilmot Rose Gooch Pearson Laurent Thompson Cundle Baker Lowe I suspect this, it does not bode well when it takes me around 20 minutes to work out where players will play!! So amongst a sea of negatives.... let's hope that a bit of steel on the pitch can keep them out, Bakes can get a bit further forward, and Nathan can get on the end of something. 1-0 Stoke from a corner

Basically Ricky Martin is the major issue

Even if by some miracle we win or even get a point it’s up there with one of the worst most incomprehensible team selections ever.

It's a 3 game week and injuries / risk of injuring key players / fitness concerns all in the mix.
But he's also clearly weeding out the bad eggs. It may not work today but I'm all for it.
