The single most biggest issue at this club.
Nothing will change with them still here.

The single most biggest issue at this club. Nothing will change with them still here. 👋 It makes you wonder how Saudi's Russian's, Qatari's and people from other countries you wouldn't really class as great footballing nations manage to have a fair bit of success in football without much experience. The Coates family for all their efforts can't run a football club.

Not entirely sure what being British has to do with it? The problem is, we need the Coates' finance, but we need them to stand back and allow people that can properly navigate the world of football, without their tunnel vision view on it that's clearly decades out of touch with how clubs with modern infrastructure and sensibilities operate.
The fact that we got Hoodwinked by Mark Cartwright once and don't see a used car salesman a second time in Tricky Dicky speaks volumes of their Judgement.
Trusting / gullible.

It’s taking the piss out of the blame the foreigners thread. And irony given the biggest issue we have is home grown. We don’t need them at all.

Never mind British owners it is their insistence on only employing British Managers that is the biggest problem and then they seem to get hoodwinked at interview stage into going for the person who is the best sweet talker and tells them what they want to hear - or we here quite a lot that they were knowledgeable about the club and enthusiastic - all ok if you are employing somebody for an IT role, but not necessarily for the job as manager.
We are literally cutting out 90% of the quality market by insisting on British every time and then when they don't hit British target number 1, 2 or 3 - you end up having to scrape the barrel and take a punt on what we always get - a British no-hoper who is just grateful to be here and prepared to accept any owd sh^te that is thrown at them.

No need to change owners, just have competent football people actually running the on-field stuff.
