Schumacher takes zero shit, and shows you get your chance but multiple poor performances gets you dropped (Vidigal, Hoever and McNally)

Not convinced by Campbell as a lone CF but hopefully he proves me wrong. Glad Hoever and Vidigal have been dropped.

Surprisingly bold. www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/match-reports/sunderland-stoke-city-live-stream-9061287Steven Schumacher has made five changes to his Stoke City starting XI at Sunderland in response to last weekend's home defeat. Ben Wilmot and Lynden Gooch are restored to defence in place of Luke McNally and Ki-Jana Hoever while it is a whole new forward line with Tyrese Campbell in the middle, flanked by Mehdi Leris and Sead Haksabanovic. Bae Junho slips back into midfield in place of Lewis Baker. This is Wilmot's first league start since injuring his knee in early October while Gooch, having recovered from a calf injury, is recalled against his old club. He partners Michael Rose in the middle of a back four.

Schumacher takes zero shit, and shows you get your chance but multiple poor performances gets you dropped (Vidigal, Hoever and McNally) Thinking the same and it’s long over due. Successive managers have had their blind favourites who created an air of arrogance around the place where it didn’t matter how poorly they played. Hopefully another factor in our upturn.

Absolutely bewildered how Juno and Cundle start ahead of baker midfield is far too light weight with those two as eights and neither have a shot like baker very disappointing for me in that part FP the pitch , the rest i can get . given the shocking hand he has been dealt with forwards by such woeful recruitment.
Presumably we will see now if the Bae is out of position logic bears scrutiny but i really worry for that midfield totally lacks physicality shows how much we miss Laurent

Haksabanovic is a surprise Think he's a good player but he struggled at Rotherham don't think he's a winger We’re seen very little of him, but what I have seen on the pitch and training clips makes him one of my favourite players funny enough. Love the twisting checking and turning, quick change of pace and directness when he does. I know I pay to watch all our players, but line them up and ask me part with 20 odd quid to walk through the gate to watch and it would be him. The unpredictable. Probably because I played on the wing when I played and love to watch players who can do that.

Said earlier in the week, will be a dicking either way this game. Main concern is too many changes as were actually good last week. All for everyone getting chances but fear it could be to the detriment of the overall performance. Looks a nice side on paper.

Bit of news about Pritchard as well from them Off to Brum apparently which will be a blow as he’s a good player. They seem a bit pissed off at the mo as a club. Que the SCFC charity bus. In relation to the lineup. I like it.

He's a tricky player, just think he needs to play behind the striker/s Opportunity for him to show what he can do

First goal today and it'll go off
