Generally speaking, apart from the odd game here and there, I've been bored, apathetic and, at times, embarrassed watching us play football for the past few years. Now, finally, the hope, excitement and anticipation has returned. Anything else is a bonus. I just want to love my team and my manager. Schuey is making that happen. Too right mate. I have to get up pretty early for the games. Actually woke up with a smile and a bit of energy yesterday, thanks to Schuey.

4 away games unbeaten out of the 7 also👍 Unbeaten runs are pretty meaningless to be honest. They do beat 7 games without a win, though, and we've had quite a few runs of those and more in recent times...

11 points from 7 extrapolated over 27 games would have us in 6th place with 42 points. Better than I thought then. It would get you 70 points across a whole season. Is that enough for the final playoff place most of the time? I'm not sure. Either way it's pulled us away from relegation which I'd take for now. It is this season at the moment and would have been last season. Without checking i'm not sure how often it would be. Gut feeling is it's just on the low side. But certainly well in the top half, not lower mid table.

He's averaging 1.8ppg so far as the first 2 games of the 7 unbeaten were under Gallagher - which makes Schuey's stats even better.

Fans were quick (in my eyes) to criticise Gallagher for his tensure but the Swansea and WBA results helped to stead the ship to which SS has acknowledged. Level with Blackburn which is madness in itself. Don’t recall Gallagher coming in for any criticism did he? Yeah quite a bit mate and mainly on twitter perhaps. Uninspiring unattacking kind of criticism. People who didn't see the bigger picture that we were on a really bad run and had a team low in confidence.

Genuinely don’t think you can look at his tenure in points alone.
He’s transformed a defensive team into an attacking one overnight, which is no mean feat even if it isn’t quite clicking yet.
And the atmosphere on here, in the ground everything is night and day.
Turn the losses into draws and the draws into wins and we’ll be in a good place.
Nice upper mid table finish to go full tilt next year, with Schumacher having another years experience to boot and look to have a go at the playoffs.

We have some really tough away games in the run in Leeds , Southampton Sunderland to name three so I’m very grateful for anything we get on the road 55 points or similar would be excellent and all we can hope for You really think 23 points from our last 19 games is all we can hope for? Considering we got nearly half those points in our last 7 games this seems like a very pessimistic forecast even by your standards!
