Now’s the time. The buzz seems to be back. There’s positivity.
Push the finances to the limit. A couple more big signings and the play offs are a realistic target THIS season.
We’d be the team with momentum and potentially this seasons Forest.
A dominant centre back, a goalscoring striker, a proper left back and a pacy winger. We have a decent chance.

Right big is the biggest concern for me.
But today was a cracking watch, we’ve got some bite in midfield for the first time since the prem.

Well, we're now closer to the payoffs than we are to relegation (8 points off versus 10 points off). However, I think we have left ourselves with too much to do for anything like that. To achieve that we'd have to be on a run of form like Cov are, which we're a way off just yet. Still, stranger things have happened, I suppose.

We are definitely moving in right direction but play offs, nah not without a significant improvement in and around the penalty area This isn't a criticism of the manager, really impressed but it's not realistic to shout play offs atm
Top 10 would be very nice

Birmingham might well be a different proposition next week from what they were on Boxing Day and I’m sure Schumacher will know that, but if we could win and get 6 points off the play offs that would be fantastic.
A great start so far under Schumacher.

Top half, playing good, aggressive and attacking football with a manager that isn't either mentally unstable, arrogant beyond belief or just a massive tosser would be great progress.

I just can't believe that we're winning games like this one that just ended. We'd have found a way to blow that match under the two previous managers.

We’ve come away with 3 points and Schuey is still unbeaten in the league. It’s not ideal but you have to dig in some times and we did very well today. We never looked in danger.

We are not getting in the playoffs, forget that lark.
Staying up remains the target. It is still not certain.

Feels like the bar has been lifted beyond all recognition after 5 league games. This must be that ‘new manager bounce’ I’ve heard about from fans of other clubs 😂 We had a lead to hold onto in second half and did it quite well all things considered.

Absolutely, and for the last month Neil's reign it was the opposite. Probably deserved to win his last 4 games but couldn't. I think Rotherham is a difficult place to go, but we didn't assert ourselves enough for my liking. But, we absolutely take the three points and move.

As Clodders has said above , a game we may have lost under Neil. Need to create more but as mentioned, they've tightened up and started to get results Great to see Baker back and scoring as well

It wasn’t so much a poor performance as just a shit game of football. Takes two teams to make a good game and they’re not interested in playing football.

We're not good enough at the top end of the pitch to be in the play-offs.
We're definitely improving though and you can see the team spirit building.

I've been critical of Ty's overall conditioning for years on here. BUT...when he's fit and playing for a contract, look out. Good to see him back. For his sake and ours.

I wish people could get over this idea that we need a 'dominant centre half'. We need footballing centre backs and we've got 3 of them.

We don’t want anyone who only increases his effort when a contract is up for grabs. We don’t need a never present drain on our resources. We don’t want Campbell. He is yesterdays news. Get rid.
