Hi All
Can anyone recommend a plumber who could go out to my Mums house as she has a leak coming through from the batch room down to her kitchen.
She is 87 and I live down south so not easy for me to help her. It's not super urgent but could do with someone over the next week or so.
Many thanks guys

We've always used yellow duck from madeley, always been brilliant, but because they are good there is normally a wait.
Can't harm giving them a call.

In my experience give Town & Country Gas, Brenden Fern and Holdcroft heating a call. They'll all be in the trader register.

If I saw Brendan or indeed Fern on the street I’d be tempted to perform a public assault. And what’s more they’d be riddled with TB

There's a massive gap in the market to help elderly and vulnerable private property owners. That was previously filled by Home Improvement Agencies, but like most public services the funding has been cut so there's no one there to signpost or facilitate really. The only organisation left around here that had any real capacity is www.beatcold.org.uk/Worth a look for anyone really.
