No defence no midfield no attack. Neil is shite but the playees are worse. Getting a free ride. Agree as comically bad AN has been for SCFC we’ve replaced shit with shit if we we’re being honest with ourselves. The manager ultimately makes the signings though mate. Don't get me wrong the players need fucking as even if they don't want to play for the manager they should be playing for the huge wedge they are on, the shirt/club and their pride. Add to that it is their job and career and they should be working their bollocks off and know how lucky they are. At the end of the day though when all is said and done it falls at the managers feet and it has always been that way. It is certainly not all down to AN but you can't sack every player to change things.

Personally never been a fan of Mowbray but he signed Jobe Bellingham and got Jack Clarke playing well and Steve Cooper may soon be available. At least Mowbray can see a talent and develop them.

A decent manager gets this team playing. They have clearly lost complete confidence in him one hundred percent. If we do not act now and get rid of him we will go down. It breaks my bloody heart to be fair. I’m not so sure about the effect of a new manager. There will be an improvement but not a great one. We have signed players who are miles from being good enough and they have cost serious amounts of money. But more worryingly the players are getting loads of stick from the crowd. Would you want to play for people who boo you and hurl personal abuse? It is not a good situation. Nevertheless, AN has to go.

We’ve gone through 5 managers now since Sparky and the team has looked the same the entire time except maybe for half a season under MON. I have zero faith it’ll change under the next regime unless they find some out of left field foreign manager that has some imagination.

I wouldn't think the booing does help mate but in all honesty what do they expect? A Stoke side that goes for it and leaves everything out on that pitch will always be clapped off regardless of the result. Similarly when they stroll around looking like they don't give a shite they will get booed or not clapped off the pitch. Whether or not they like the manager they should be playing for personal pride and to earn that applause. As I have said in another post the players are to blame aswell as the manager but ultimately the manager takes the fall.

We have a number of good quality players, what we don't have is a team, particularly a team with a playing style that suits them. At least they are fitter. The substitutions have been too late and baffling.
Missing penalties and unable to shoot on target should be trained out of players as youngsters. It's going to take a real effort to avoid relegation and the question is whether AN is capable of doing it. Sadly probably not.
