Letting him go in January he's only been on the pitch for 3 minutes for Cardiff this season, another player that looked the business before he came to Stoke but has regressed and will probably end up in league 1 playing for the Vile if he's lucky. Gouranga.

Gouranga. Whatever happened to him? He looked a tidy player at Brentford - he ran the game against us a few years back! However, looked lightweight, lazy, wasteful and killed all momentum in possession with us, not to mention the fact that he cowered out of many a 50/50 challenge. Think he will end up somewhere like Bradford or maybe Wrexham - big money for another has been mercenary.

He looks like he doesn't enjoy playing football. He'll drift down the league despite clearly being talented.......

These stories don't accord with my memory of him. Creative, moved the ball well, great ball control. Only works a double pivot though, which is how Brentford played whereas we had him alongside Joe Allen.

Woods was paired more often with Nico Yennaris or Josh McEachran the season before we bought him. Sawyers was absolute quality in the role be played for Brentford. That’s not often how MON used him, which is probably why he wasn’t as successful for us.

Yes close to the opposition goal he's a good player, any deeper and he's a liability Didn't seem that difficult play him near the striker or not at all liked MoN but this was the sort of thing he got wrong

He’s physically nesh and unwilling to contest anything aerially to an extent I’ve rarely seen in a professional footballer. He has no place on the pitch.

He’s a creative and technical player. Give him the ball and he’ll find a way to break through the lines. I’d have Sawyers back over DJ any day of the week.

He’s that slow it will take him until the end of the season pack his bags.

Did well in the right position but more often than not he was played too deep.

When he was good he was the player on the pitch and possibly league.
Only problem was it was once in 6 or 7.
