thats fine but we should sack manager on his failings here not because another club is sacking their manager I think the original point was more to do with another team acting on an underperforming manager whilst we sit around and continue to do nothing. Not that we should sack him because Sunderland might sack Mowbray. đź‘Źđź‘Ź at least someone gets it haha

If had employed Mowbray instead of AN there would have been a riot. I didn't see much objection for AN when we where trying get him? Funny how we're all wise after the event! AGAIN! Why? His record is better.

This is what always drives me mad when people say we can't keep changing managers. Alex Neil is already one of the longest serving managers in the championship, he has been given a season and a half with free reign re transfers, appointments etc and we have arguably regressed. Michael O'Neil had 3+ seasons.Rowett and Jones we had no choice as position was untenable Hughes had a season too long. We aren't on a managerial merry go round, far from it. Instead we have Jon Coates crossing his fingers that it might magically come good some day instead of acting on the evidence and keeping them far far longer than they should. 2+ seasons

I doubt we’d sack him, but then again I doubted Neil would leave so what do I know?
His contract runs out end of this season though, and I don’t think we’ll be extending it unless we get promoted - which is obviously very unlikely.

I think it shows that we have a massive lack of ambition compared to most clubs in this division - it's not even necessarily the amount of points we've picked up but the standard of football has regressed too. Unfortunately, those upstairs think that mediocrity is perfectly acceptable and won't react to a downward spiral until it's too late, and the damage is not only done on a surface level, but is embedded in the foundations too.

If they think like that then they wouldn't have poached a manager at great cost and fired the previous ones. They just appointed a poor manager who needs shifting before it gets worse Safe to say Neil is getting away with far more than MON did and bordering on Jones though and had more of a chance finance and freedom wise etc to sign players and failed miserably
