Last round of the Swedish Allsvenskan (our top league).
It's still 0-0.
Watching on Kanal 5 📺. First half should have been over by now, but someone got sick in the crowd, so we have 3+7 mins added time. The person is alright now.
If Malmö FF win they will win Allsvenskan. If it's a draw or an Elfsborg win then Elfsborg will win the league. It has been that dramatic since ... I don't know, a hundred years?

I’m getting regular updates on Varberg v IFK and BP v Hacken. So far so good for IFK…

Trouble between the guards and some supporters behind one goal. MFF-Elfsborg delayed therefore.
The so called supporters have burnt the dividing net between them and the pitch. Or more correct it's one person ...
Half an hour delay so far.
⚽🤔⚽

Not wishing to engage in "biggest dick" completion musik but in English League 1 game between Wycombe & Stevenage yesterday a total of 44 minutes added-on time was played out. 16 minutes first half and incredible 28 minutes second half albeit both due to serious injuries to 2 Wycombe players.

Hope the players will be ok. The person in the crowd were ok, they said. And the net between the crowd and the pitch hasn't been replaced. Hopefully nothing serious will happen at the final whistle.

It's Malmö FF-Elfsborg 1-0 at the beginning of the second half
A doubtful penalty taken from Kiese Thelin, former National team forward.
The Elfsborg defender got his revenge when he saved them from an open goal chance MFF had.

BP beat Häcken 2-1. Varberg lost at home to IFK Gbg 1-2. IFK with their winning goal in the 5th minute of added time!
Thereby it will be
BP-Utsikten in the qualifying games to Allsvenskan.
If Utsikten win we will have three teams from Gothenburg in our top league Allsvenskan in 2024: IFK Gbg, Gais and Utsikten. Stockholm, the capital city, will also have three teams then Hammarby, AIK and Djurgården.
This season 2023 it has been an imbalanced situation with 4 Stockholm teams and 1 Gothenburg team.

Malmö FF won by 1-0 vs Elfsborg.
Malmö FF Champions. Congrats to them!
Ch League qualifying games to come. With such player wages we give them here I doubt we will ever reach the Ch L and succeed there.
Their pay in our Top League Allsvenskan is lower than your National League I think.

Any particular teams who have gone through a tough spell or need saving that you could recommend for me?

Then they'll get points from how they perform? What do you mean by "need saving"? What is "a save"? If you want recommendations buy players from somewhere else. However, J Baffo defender for Halmstad would be a bargain. Cheap and good.

The median gross income for a player per month in the highest football league in Sweden called Allsvenskan is 104.000 SEK = (£7650).
I think that is about what a player in your National League earns.
How the $@#$ do they think Sweden ever again will be able to compete with such a wage structure?

That sum is probably closer to League 1 standard I think. Can’t imagine Port Vale are spending more than £3-4k per month.
It’s a big sum granted indeed. But when you compare it to the Premier League riches it shows how big the disparity is even in this country. Riches do not filter down.

It is a computer game Musik mate where you take over a club as manager and you are basically their manager as you would be in real life. I am looking to manage a team in Sweden but not one that is easily successful if you get me. One that I will have to work hard to get success with so was wondering if you could recommend a team for me to manage. Sorry I didn't make myself very clear on my first post my friend.

The only Football Manager pc games I've heard of before are the ones discussed at work and then you buy players from different clubs at the start of a season. You get points after their performance in their clubs. Since the money they are given from the beginning isn't huge you have to spend them wisely. Some might go for a really good keeper and center forward, while others spend on a stable defence and midfield. My suggestion is Gais. Promoted to our highest league Allsvenskan last week. They're going to need all the help they could get. I saw them at home beating Östersund (G Potter's former club) by 2-1, but it was after the visitors got a red card. To me the players seemed young so I think they got potential. However, I would reinforce the team with a new (and taller) keeper, a central defender, a central defensive midfielder (he seemed lost at times) and a reliable forward.

It is different to that Musik mate. You are in charge of the club and sort everything from transfers to tactics to finances etc. I just fancy a different challenge and you are the one to ask on Swedish football. I have just had a look at Gais Goteborg. They are one of the oldest Swedish clubs and were the first Swedish champions but are now a yo-yo club who are frequently promoted and the relegated. Sounds like a great challenge for me mate thankyou for your advice 👍 edit. Their kit is really nice to black and green stripes 👍
