Fuck me , and still we got the same fucking whine arsed on shits here. Ohhh Hoever didn't fucking track back, Pearsons tackled to hard blah blah blah.
Two big scalps there and for me with the injuries and the fact 70 percent off our team havnt met each other , can't speak the same language and god help them listening to O'Neil.

You can win and have people play shit you know.
I think the two games just show how people are blinded by wins with their views.
Tonight was an excellent performance.
Sunderland, we were pretty crap and got the win.
And that’s fine but be honest. It can be shit and you can win.
Tonight was like we were playing a different sport to what we played on Saturday. Absolutely fantastic tonight.

What annoys me more is that people still call AN “O’Neil”

Baker and Campbell? Weird that the players still have to listen to Michael O’Neil. Does he know he’s not getting paid anymore?

Not two big scalps at all, everyone in this division bar the top 2 is shit and we can beat anyone else and lose to anyone else so it’s completely irrelevant. That said I think we’re doing just about alright at the minute.

Two outstanding results.
Credit to AN. He is an excellent leader.

We won.
At the moment I don’t really care much beyond that, because I’m so sick of losing.

Two great wins but, I’m not getting carried away… there was some very good stuff but, there was also a lot of shit ( from both teams) Let’s enjoy the win…

Those aren’t two big scalps. Leicester & Ipswich are flying, and the bottom 3 look rooted. Everyone else is inconsistent and can beat anyone or lose to anyone. It’s the nature of the championship nowadays. 8 points from 3rd to 21st. Still though, credit to you lot for the last 2 results.

I mean Leeds are top 3 but looked pretty shit but that may be testament to Stoke also.

One good result is invariably followed up by a disappointing one. To win two on the bounce at home against two stronger teams, for us, is extremely good. The league is inconsistent, but at least we're managing to look like a side.

Some fans sum it up for me - first thing I heard from someone on the bus back to Kings hall was “let’s work out what we can say was negative” - proceed to whinge all the way back and then blaming Coates etc - just enjoy a win !!

It seems to me that last night showed the slow progress that we were expecting (well, most of us anyway) from a set of players getting used to a new country, new league, new language, new tactics etc. Injuries are clearing up now and a couple of key players, Burger for instance, starting to get their teeth into it. I would expect a settled teamb now leading to hopefully some consistency. We have some very talented young players, the future is looking brighter.

If the two wins were against Leicester & Ipswich, then I’d have agreed with it.
