Rowett is the worst manager stoke have ever had.
As we thought at the time, it's taking years to recover from what he did

Pro active Club Ownership. How refreshing😂 Our dithering hierachy May learn a few lessons from this? Their “commendable” patience has benefited us in no way whatsoever previously. Behave. They gave Rowett £3.99 in the summer for squad development. It’s more to do with Rowetts personality I suspect

Not sure anyone is saying the same about AN.

I was out axe throwing with a Millwall fan last night, he'd heard it was possibly happening and was mixed about it, he's had them in a decent position but the football wasn't great at times. He was non plussed when I was giving words about them kicking Vidigal off the pitch for two months. Out axe throwing with a Millwall fan? Ballsy.

Maybe the fact he's played for Rangers and Millwall is the biggest thing with the last 2 jobs? But he has done well in Japan - although I've seen a few people suggest he was just piggybacking on the job Postecoglou did at his Japanese club? sport.optus.com.au/news/tommy-oar/os50168/ange-postecoglou-kevin-muscat-celtic-yokohama-f-marinos-tommy-oar-columnAlthough being an Ange disciple and this image of him being a bit of a winning bastard is quite attractive.

I'll never fathom for as long as I live that why a board of directors with foresight of their strategy upon relegation of spending lavishly, decided that Gary Rowett was the man to spend it.
It's pretty much the sole reason we find ourselves in this position today.

And let the manager appoint their own technical director (a personal favourite of mine).

Lee Bowyer would make a good Millwall manager. I could just picture him in the away dugout at the Bet 365, in his dark blue v-neck jumper and nicely ironed trousers, punching the air and then walking down the touchline at full-time to celebrate with the Millwall fans near the tunnel, like a working man’s Russell Martin.

Rowett won’t struggle to get another gig in the championship. Clubs will panic over Christmas as per usual and snap him up. Regardless of the pigs ear he made of the job here, he’s a very safe appointment for a club with upper mid table aspirations.

Regardless of the pigs ear he made of the job here, he’s a very safe appointment for a club with upper mid table aspirations. Nailed on to take over at one of the strugglers and keep them above us. We’ll probably have to lose another two league games against him this season, despite already having lost to him once.
