How to eat a lovely sweet pomegranate after you have sliced it into two halves, without getting stains everywhere, on the table, on the shirt, in your face, on the papers, on the laptop.
I use to eat it when it leaves two spoons of juice on the cutting board after the cut.
I used to try to eat it with a spoon before but it was really difficult. Then I have held it closer to my mouth and buried my nose in it. It's better but not perfect.
How do you do .... it?

Slice and twist over a bowl of water and let all the gloop drip out . She uses them in some exotic curries and dishes, not ones I eat personally ..Kiwi and lots of fruit have never heard of also she buys at foreign supermarkets and adds them to hot curries and dishes .

It's simple. We used to eat them just after the war as kids. Cut them in half; drink the juice, and then use a pin to eat the small bits. Delicious.

Similar to eowdstokie ...cocktail stick Definitely a standard procedure in the last century, (or longer). We used to get a dressmaking pin and use it to spear and pick up the seeds. Of course we were lucky. Some of my friends used to dreeeeaam of getting hold of a fresh Pomegranate! Times were hard then, but we were happy!

The only fruit I like is Muller cherry yoghurt.
Did 5 Centres the old choc bar count as fruit?

It wasn't until around 2020 they were introduced here. I brought one with me to work the other day and they wondered what the f@ck is that? 🤠 I had never seen one the first 50 years of my life! Most people I've asked now say they're too bitter and not sweet.
Definitely the most expensive fruit up here.
Pros: good for the prostate.
I eat every fruit (apart from water melon, I throw up then) and all berries! I think I could live on fruit alone.

That's what I tried. Apart from the hard shell. Too many stains. I've used my teeth instead of a pin suggested above.

Cut small circle of skin out around the stalk, then 5 cuts from top to bottom following the white membrane down (you will be able to see where to cut from the first circled cut at the top)
Takes about a minute to get all the seeds out and no white membrane.

Chop in half, place a half upside down in the palm of your hand and belt the thing with a wooden spoon, everything falls out. Repeat with the other bit 👍

I took a bowl, cut the fruit in two halves, hold a half upside down over the bowl, then used a fork to get all the content out of it. I managed pretty well, just some stains on the cupboard and tiles.
Some days ago I tested to eat the whole fruit as it is, like an apple. It went ok even if the shell was a bit hard so I spared some of that.
