Hate to say it but I genuinely think a single point would be a bonus...

Said it in the week…..Middlesbrough Away is our only chance of picking anything up. Forget the home games, it’s just like last season. Sunderland will be coming up and it will their cup final and we will just concede in the first half and grab a shot on goal in the 80th minute with comments of ‘we played better in the second half’.
It’s got relegation written all over it.

I think there's a decent team spirit developing at Stoke. That's not to say we're a good team, but I wouldn't write us off getting anything in any of those games.
We're nowt special, but neither are Sunderland, Leeds and Middlesbrough.

Have you had a few beers? 😄 Yes, but answer my question. My premise was that we should stick with the manager and give him a chance. You said I was taking rubbish. Now you say we've got agood team spirit and we can get something from these games. 😆

Now you say we've got agood team spirit and we can get something from these games. 😆 What you said was that changing the manager would be disastrous, that we won't be relegated and that we need to give the manager another window to address problems that have been neglected. Having a good atmosphere in the dressing room and a struggling manager isn't mutually exclusive.

Straight yes or no to both questions will suffice.

Straight yes or no to both questions will suffice. I'm not playing your stupid game. On current form, we're going to be down in the relegation zone for most of the season. But who knows what the next few weeks may bring? We could easily get four or five points in the next three games and things will look much better. If we don't, then the board may well sack Neil and I wouldn't lose a minute's sleep.

It's not a stupid game mate. It's called nailing your colours to the mast. We've got to back this fella.. Not give him "three or four games" It's a fucking brand new squad (albeit lacking in certain areas) and needs time to adapt. That's aside from the horrendous injury situation. Get a grip man.

I dread to think where we would be in the table were that to happen. For me, bare minimum is 2 points from the next 6 games, and the only games I can see them coming from are Coventry and Blackburn. Anything less than that, and I hope we have someone ready and lined up the moment we hand Neil his P45.

There's 5 games between the next 2 international breaks and I think at the end of that (mid November) if we're still struggling at that point that's when they'll consider making a change.

It’s understandable him setting up like that away at Leicester because they’re pretty much the only decent team in this league where by right we should be getting nothing from. Everyone else including us (with the exception of maybe Ipswich) is total shit, and he hasn’t set up like that against anyone else. Which is why I don’t think it really matters who we’re playing. I think we’re just as likely to win away at West Brom or Coventry or Birmingham as we are at Home to say Huddersfield. Pretty much everyone is shit. We just need to be less shit
