A huge 9 from me, a huge result, rode our luck a bit, good subs at the right time, defence was much better after the 2 giveaway goals and what a comeback. This result whilst not saving AN's job has gone a long way to relieve the pressure on him. My Saturday went from shit to going to get shit faced. Now come on AN use this as a springboard to push us on. Gouranga.

Was -10 after 15 mins.
Fair play to turn that around and with aggressive subs at the right times.
Solid 9, well done.

Same, 9, the team looked awful first 20 mins but got back into it and made some very positives changes at 2-2 trying to win the game.

Encouraging that the players haven’t given up on him and he made the right subs. Junior and Lowe bailed him out big time.
2-0 down after 15 mins is still a biblical shower of shit though.
Let’s see if he can sort the defence out because it is comically awful.

8 can't blame Neil for the terrible pass back. Did very well to recover from that

I dunno, was the comeback down to him or the players? The defence is absolutely shocking, What on earth do they work on in training?

Strong 8 Found ourselves 2 down and could have crumbled but showed character. Particularly Hoever after that awful error. Somehow contrived to score 3 goals when 1 would have surprised me 2 would have been a shock 3 from the players available I’m flabbergasted. Hopefully that buys him some more time to get some of these players back to fitness.

9 for the half time team talk that clearly fired them up. I've lost count the amount of times we've come out like a stone dead drunk over the years.
A special mention for Lord Dennis of Etruria and the Mamba for the half time interlude. Give it a good wash, Den...

So happy we’ve eased the pressure a bit I didn’t think it was warranted. Think we’ve been proper shit in only 2 games Hull/Ipswich in the league

Despite the horrific first twenty minutes I'm going to give him a solid 9 because everything after that was a million times better. Now stop shitting yourself and actually go at teams Alex. We have the players to do it so just bloody do it.

Picked very close to the line-up that I would have, and made some decent subs. Our defending of set-pieces can only improve and the Hoever mistake isn’t something you see every week. We’ve finally shown some character too. It shows what can be done with players in their natural positions (Gooch aside, who I’d have picked Tchamadeu over anyway).

Has to be a 10 - to be 2-0 down to 2 absolutely shit goals and get a reaction like that was incredible - right subs at the right time, and great to see our players, when we were in the back foot second half and under constant pressure to but themselves on the line any which way but how to stop anything getting through.

They were the far better side and a goal out of the blue turned the game
We had 3 shots and scored 3
Lovely comeback though

8. Still loads to do if we’re going to be consistent.
But I’m really encouraged by the turnaround. At 2-0 I wondered if he had lost the dressing room.

Score a sufficient amount of goals and things like that fade into oblivion. I honestly didn’t think that collection of players could. Not sure it’s changed my mind much about my ideal first 11. Maybe only Junior pushing the dial towards the starting lineup. Travers Hoever McNally Wilmot Stevens/Junior Pearson Burger Campbell/Haksabanovic Bae Vidigal Mmaee/Wesley/Lowe Still only picking the central striker for want of something much better.
