So...
Now all the transfer activity testosterone fuelled wood has disappeared to a more falcid state and the reality is setting in, the oatcake football gods are now realising that when we hammered Forests decision to bring in a gazillion signings a few years back, we are now in the same boat with our supermarket sweep of a transfer window.
But really, the oatcake pundits are now reccomending we sack another manager, are we really Watford in disguise because 8 games in with 5 losses we now have a general consensus that Neil has to go.
Totally agree, the results and confidence is not good but please tell me how many points you think we should have now and why, for me we have started exactly where we left off last season and nothing in the close season has given me any hope that this season will be different.
Cant keep goal Cant defend Cant dictate midfield No width No attacking flair No goal threat. Round pegs Square holes Wrong tactics Poor subs Crap results
Then we hand a manager the biggest shake up in recent history...yet 8 games in we want rid.
So wheres the fault, who made the decision, who decided that last season was good enough to warrant the supermarket sweep transfer window, who sanctioned the current set up, who is steering the stoke city titanic hitting every iceberg the football World can put in our traumatic path.
Good luck with your sack him and who replaces him, there's something wrong 100%, but where I'm not sure.
Heres the boo boy hit list to help you on your choices lads.
Pick wisely because you know if you don't get the instant result you will want then they will be gone 3 months later.

Coates Jnr too busy sticking crayons up his nose to employ anyone who knows what they’re doing. And then letting the manager pick the technical director.

Knee jerk? He should have been sacked in May. Knee jerk my arse. So read the post Who sanctioned the summer spree with him at the helm Back him or sack him The choice was made Once again, I don't think the manager made all these signings. It's just not his character at all. He's never done it this way, the players just aren't what he would have signed, there's no fucking way he knew if Bae, Vidigal etc from watching far away leagues of non relevance (much like ours but worse), and then put all these names on paper.... yes he might have signed off but once again his hands night have been tied and the other options might have been shite, but the whole thing makes no sense and wreaks of tricky Ricky and co or whatever we can our new cliche making duo. I don't get it at all. There's no spine. There are players out of position and priorities not attended to. In addition, weird apparently 4m signings who ice seen nothing to suggest quality (apart from a few passes).... Bizarre. I think it was always going to fail. But do we then get rid of this shite unproven/failed recruitment setup too??? Ergh what a fucking mess

There’s only one man who picked a CM at wing back. 12 months ago Jordan Thompson was playing wing back because the manager couldn’t see he didn’t have the personnel for it. Same shit different manager.

The knee jerk reaction from the fans came after when we won a few games at the start of the season and we were suddenly play off contenders.
Now that was laughable.
