Rarely drink at all. Around Christmas time I'll have a few and on the occasional night out too. Only time I really drink in the house is if its maybe a sunny afternoon and I'll have a cider in the garden or something. Cannabis is my cryptonite however and I'll have a few bongs most evening. I don't get stoned or monged out from that but it takes the edge off and helps me relax. Hoping to move house soon and cut my smoking down to just weekends again if I can. Not because I'm particularly concerned about my usage but feel that doing it most evenings even in small doses isn't a good habit. For those with an alcohol dependency, I've heard of people having good results through microdosing psilocybin. Tempted to try it myself for mental health. Read some of the stories here to see how it's benefited others - reddit.com/r/microdosing/s/5rFEpst2kzBest thing for your mental health mate is working out, being amongst nature as often as you can, eat right, sleep well and avoid MSM. No doubt that exercise and vitamin d makes a huge difference mate. And the lads in the mental health thread are testament to that.

Nope, I haven't had a drink for 6 years 8 months. What led you to that decision? Just decided to stop drinking.

I have never been able to drink alcohol in the house. No idea why, I just never been able too which is a blessing I guess.
My step daughter does a dance class for a an hour every Friday evening, next to a village pub. So, me & the mrs will go and have 2 or 3 drinks at most in that hour before picking the step daughter back up.
Now & again on a Saturday afternoon, we will take the dog for a walk before going into the pub for 2 or 3 pints.
On the occasions that I do go out on the town so to to speak, I do get leathered on 8 to 10 pints quite easily.
I'm currently on an all inclusive holiday in Cyprus but I have had not any drink at the hotel, not had a pint through the week but been sat in a bar the last two Sundays, watching both Premier League games on Sky and drinking about 8 pints of keo both times.
I'm in Krakow this weekend for the England game so will be on it again but then after, I will probably not drink for the rest of the month at least

That's what pubs are for
