Travers 7, good game again. Hooever 3, even worse than last week! Tymon 5, started brightly. McNally 6, decent, but no more. Wilmot 6, same as above. Stevens 6, same as above. Thompson 4, not good enough today. Laurent 4, needs a rest! Johnson 6, steady Vidigal 7, looked like our only threat. Wesley 5, difficult work conditions in the first half.
Leris 6, certainly much better than Hoever today. Campbell 6, not too bad after a period with an injury. Pearson 7, hopefully he is back for good! Burger 7, looked very good! Mmaee 4, doesn't really get involved and loses too many balls as well.

Travers 7 couple of good saves, Hoever 4, not very good defensily, not good getting forward today. McNally 6, ok, his his basic job Wilmot 6 didn't stand out good or bad way Stevens 5, stay at home defender, WB should get forward more often Thompson 5, very quiet game Laurent 5 faded very fast after good first minutes Johnson 6, lively again, almost 7 Vidigal 7, wasted a couple of good chanches but who doesn't, otherwise good. Wesley 6, did his basic job well but offered nothing else
Leris 7, good debut. Pearson 6, booking hold him down a bit. Burger 8 * MOTM promising, calm and strong Mmaee 5 wasnt at the races today, not much minutes though

Couldn't watch the match so can't comment but nice to see Vidigal getting consistent high ratings.

Looks like Tymon was invisible. Sums his performance up that multiple posters have put their scores up and not noticed that there's only 10 players listed with Tymon missing Crap, not happening for him. If there's interest in him, sell sell sell.

Travers 8 - easily MOTM Wilmot 6 - pretty solid, shit passing in the 1st McNally 6 - very solid, see wilmot Stevens 6 (although 3.5 in the 1st half) - so much better at LB going forward Hoever 2 - didn't concentrate, poor passing, lazy performance Tymon 3 - poor passing, too weak Thompson 3 - back to his usual invisibility Laurent 3 - easily bullied, poor passing and lazy Johnson 5 (3 in the 1st) - better in the 4231, a few bad choices Vidigal 6 - lively and a bit unlucky not to score Wesley 5 - good when played onto, poor in the air --- Pearson 6 - much better than Thompson, and didn't get sent off! Burger 8 - looked a class act. Strong, composed, good with both feet Leris 6 - real shaky start, but got very good in the end! Campbell 7 - scared the shit out of the Millwall defence Mmaee 6

Looks like Tymon was invisible. He was in a way, but Hoever was visible and terrible!

Travers - 8, Kept us in that game without question
Hoever - 4, Awful today, he needs to be in a 4 McNally - 6, Thought he was okay, seemed to get mauled a couple of times which was surprising Wilmot - 6, Steady enough but again got beasted a couple of times Stevens - 5, Really not that convinced by him but was much better when playing as a LB in the second half Tymon - 4, The invisible man, his time at this club is up I suspect
Laurent - 3, Absolutely reeked the place out, which is impressive in that shithole corner of London Thompson - 4, That’s the Thompson we’re more used to, completely invisible and offered nothing Johnson - 5, Would have been a 4 but picked up thanks to the formation change, good player but he’s not the answer if we want to be up there
Vidigal - 7, Got absolutely kicked to death today but kept going, would have been an 8 if not for missing that sitter, never stopped coming back for more, cult hero already
Wesley - 5, Just didn’t happen for the big man today but it didn’t help that he was completely on his own for the first half, was a lot more involved after the changes
Campbell - 6, Was causing them problems but his shoot on sight policy when we have options was infuriating Burger - 7, Now this lad looks one hell of a player, can’t wait to watch him play again Leris - 7, Considering the circumstances I thought it was a solid debut, be good to see him playing the folly to Hoever as Brown used to do Mmaee - 5, didn’t do anything but then again didn’t have much time so standard mark for me, does look like he’s a player that will shine when he eventually gets a goal though.
The manager lost us that game today.

Travers 9 , kept us in the game 1st half
Vidigal 9 , targeted by Millwall, endless shirt pulling, man handling, pushing in the back, kicking, fouling the lot and just kept going. Kept showing for the ball, kept trying to make things happen. Some lovely bits of skill here and there. Did really well for me. Impressed. Yes I know, he didn't win every physical challenge, but he kept going and showing for the ball.
Still a threat, even when Mmaee came on and Mmaee did nothing to help in or anybody else.
DJ tried to look for him and play him in , for but after Mmaee came on , zero help from his own centre forward

Two half ratings for me this week.
First half ratings: Travers 6.5 - kept us in the game with a few decent saves, two of them in particular. Loses half a point for punching an easy catch straight to millwall
Hoever 3.5 - bad day at the office from a player who can do so much better. Its well noted that his attacking attributes make up for poor defensive play but today his attacking game was crap. That pass first half was lucky not to cost us a goal.
Mcnally 5 - not majorly at fault for the first half performance but not having a good game either. (I blame the defence collectively for not dealing with the throw for the goal)
Wilmot 5 - as above
Stevens 5 - as above
Tymon 3.5 - largely invisible although that cross he put across first half was terrific.
Thompson 3 - that standard of passing for a centre midfielder just isn't good enough. He passed a 12 yard ball to Tymon that didn't even reach him.
Laurent 3.5 - was involved in the game albeit mostly shit. The pass through to tymon prior to the cross was potentially the pass of the game. Other than that he was shite. Again.
Johnson 5 - actually the only player that kept the midfield together first half. Creativity lacking but in and amongst the game.
Wesley 5 - difficult circumstances, was fouled a lot, won some headers, lost some headers. Target man is a thankless role that he was fighting to fulfill.
Vidigal 4 - absolutely bullied and knocked all over the place. Going down all the time for minor tackles. Had another championship away day lesson.
Second half:
Travers 6 - didn't really have to do much did he second half. Kicking was mostly decent and he did what he needed to.
Leris 7 - effort there. Lots of encouraging attributes shown and was involved a lot. End product wasn't there otherwise it would be a higher rating.
Mcnally 5.5 - a lot less to do, smart professional foul on the half way line. I like it.
Wilmot 5 - some of his passing was shocking. Otherwise a lot less to do.
Stevens 7 - some nice little exchanges with vidigal, several great balls into the danger zone. I was really pleased with his forward contribution today.
Pearson 6 - pissed me off that he got booked for mouthing off when he clearly got his mouth smacked whilst trying to foul their player. After a while he got into the game and started doing well in possession
Burger 8 - what a player he looks. He was good in every aspect required for his position. Really excited about him.
Johnson 6.5 - can't really give him a 7 because there wasn't any end product or cutting edge but he was heavily involved in a positive second half display.
Campbell 7 - wonderful to see how spritely he was, seemed well up for it and after his place back. Good exchanges with Burger and Leris. Misunderstanding between him and Wesley but to be fair he's not used to having a static strike partner. Shot sometimes when there was a better option.
Wesley 6.5 - did his job well again and was fouled to kingdom come. Want to see more from him on set pieces.
Vidigal 7 - pulled his socks up and started fighting back. Pushed their players over risking a booking but good for him for standing up for himself. Grew in confidence, had some great efforts on goal, good link up play with Stevens and tried to take players on. Missed the best chance of the game but he can't score them all.
Mmaee 4 - did nothing but bad little time to be too critical. Hope he plays in the cup to get him a goal.

Most of you will be glad to know I’m on holiday but followed best I could. Sounds like Burger was impressive, what did he do well particularly? As I’m not sure what kind of midfielder he is. Cheers👍🏻

Cheers👍🏻 - Calm on the ball - Good at retaining the ball - Showed some silky touches - Has got good pace - Is able to bring the ball into good areas From his half game today I can see why he so far this window is our most expensive purchase!

Had good physical strength too. Stood up to the Millwall shithousery and didn’t get bullied. If anything, they were shitting themselves whenever he got the ball!

Travers 8. To date seems the best we've had since pre-injury Butland Hooever 5 Sloppy today Tymon 7. Competent, put in a couple of dangerous crosses. See no reason to let him go. McNally 6, OK Wilmot 7 Played well, clearly cares and tries to motivate colleagues. Stevens 7. Probably his best game so far.. Thompson 5. Diligent but expendable. Laurent 4, Expendable-not a captain Johnson 7, Played well, especially in the 2nd half when he had better midfield support. Someone should tell him he's allowed to shoot from time to time. Vidigal 7 A little lightweight, and things didn't go for him, but his overall performances get better and better.. Wesley 5, Not impressed by him at all. I can understand the alleged interest in the likes of Stewart.
Leris 7, Better than I expected, Clearly has talent. Campbell 6,OK given his recent absences. Hopefully his shooting will get back on track. Pearson 7, Much ,much better than the player he replaced. Essential for the future! Burger 7, Not Frenkie De Jong, but as good as we can do on this first showing. Mmaee 4, To date, pretty pointless. Early of course.
